Old Farm is a traditional stone-built Somerset farm house, built in the 1580's, set in a quiet village, less than 5 minutes' walk to the village pub. 10 miles to Bath & West Show Ground and 8 miles to Wells Which? described Wells as a “compact but perfectly formed gem.” We are also within 3-4 miles of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a great area for walks, cycling and traditional pubs. This cosy cabin is set next to our 2-acre wooded land, which you are more than welcome to explore! We live in a house next to the cabin and are usually on hand if needed. Bringing your dog(s)? They'll have a great time running around the garden and exploring the wood! Our land, steeped in coal mining history and on the border of an Area of Outstanding Beauty, is a great place to come and relax. Bishop Sutton is also set in the beautiful Chew Valley within walking distance of the lake!

Harptree Hideaway is close to historic Bath, vibrant Bristol and Wells with its Cathedral and Bishops Palace. We are very close to Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole. We are surrounded by fabulous pubs and places to visit e.g Chew Valley Lake, famous for its bird watching. East Harptree is a beautiful village with lovely walks and woods accessible straight from the door. The apartment is of a high standard with separate bathroom, bedroom and lounge/kitchen. It is spacious, comfortable and cosy.
