The Shires is a fantastic newly refurbished 3 bedroom townhouse on the outskirts of Nuneaton , with a secure garden and off-road parking for up-to 3 vehicles. Situated in a quiet residential area but with all amenities including pubs / restaurants and supermarkets within a couple of minutes of the property and Nuneaton town centre only a 7 minute drive away. Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

A very special and unique house which is ideal for single travellers or a couple. Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing.
