Tilava (110 m2) ja moderni mummon mökki. Koko perhe voi kokoontua ison 10 hengen pöydän ääreen ruokailemaan. Pihalla pääsee leikkimään, tilaa on 5500 m2. Mökki on täysin varusteltu, joten ruuanlaitto onnistuu erinomaisesti!! Pihlajajoki virtaa tontin laidassa ja käytössä on yksityinen laituri rauhalliseen kohtaan jokea. Talvella mahtava avantouintipaikka! Mökin hinta ei sisällä mökin siivousta. Siivouspalvelu on erikseen ostettavissa. Palju ja soutuvene erikseen sopien saatavissa käyttöön!

A-side of villa located at Himos. A calm location by the shore. In the summer, dive into the lake from the sauna, and in the winter, you can go skiing on the ice of Patalahti. The entrance floor features a large open-plan kitchen, living room, a WC and two bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a lounge area, a bedroom and a sleeping alcove plus WC. The lowest level has a bedroom, and sauna facilities. The backyard has a hot tub (separate reservation). The shore area includes a dock and a BBQ shelter.

A long and magnificent sandy beach, two tennis courts and extensive outdoor terrain with lean-tos relax every holidaymaker. Visit once, you'll love it forever.

This log sauna cabin with modern facilities is located in the upper yard in your own peace. The nature of Muuratsalo and the lake Päijänne offer wonderful hiking opportunities all year round! Good transport connections. 2-4 km to Säynätsalo's services and Alvar Aalto's destinations, 0.3 km to the bus stop. Good game/playing opportunities in the school yard nearby. 2 Sup-boards, kayak, trampoline. The nearest swimming beach is 500m away, the kayaking/supboard access is 150m away.

Talo sijaitsee noin 2km päässä Pohjois-Himoksesta. Käytössä uimaranta Päijänteellä noin 500m päässä.Kesäisin erillisestä sopimuksesta käytössä soutuvene.
