The Old Chilli House apartment is an amazing and well designed place. From the moment that I stepped inside, I already felt at home. Everything is beautifully arranged, super clean and attention has been put to detail. Enough space is also given, the apartment even has a walk in closet. I absolutely loved the balcony and the whole vibe of the apartment. It is away from the hustle and bustle. On top, Kris and his family are perfect hosts, and the breakfast was great. Kris is a super friendly, funny and energetic guy, that really cares about his guests! Highly recommended place 😀!

Danuka was a great host, very flexible with check in/out times and let us drop our bags off early. Helped us rent scooters and even source a lost parcel. Thanks for a great stay

The Apartment is really nice. Especially because it is located directly next to a beautiful beach. As a guest there are also two daybeds at the beach that can be used for free. The apartment has a big terrace with nice views towards the beach, on which we enjoyed our breakfast and playing card games in the evening. The host was also really nice and he provided us with very useful advice for local restaurants, attractions etc. All in all we had a very nice time at this place.

We had a great stay here. Every time we come to Galle this is where we will stay. We not only enjoy this host we have stayed with this host multiple times and we have only positive things to say. We look forward every time to checking in that we arrive and have a wonderful time. We cannot stress enough how beautiful the property is and how responsive the hosts are to provide anything for the guests.

Ruwan is an extremely kind person who is very keen to ensure that you do not miss anything. The place looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was very clean. There was a fridge full of free water. Breakfast times were by arrangement, which we found very pleasant. Breakfast could have varied a bit more (it was the same every day). Ruwan organized transportation for us to the next accommodation at the Uber price. And the driver was very nice too. We took a trip to the turtles and to Galle together with Ruwan, which I had honestly imagined a little differently. I thought he was something like a tour guide who would also give us information, but he just drove us. I found the price to be a bit too high for that. But it was still very nice and a good idea. We do not regret spending 4 nights with Ruwan and can recommend it with a clear conscience. I'd love to go there again.

We have stayed in around 180 Airbnbs and this is stand out one of the best! THE most fully equipped property we have ever come across, with all sorts of unexpected items such as mosquito repellent coils, filtered water, cooking oils and first aid kit! Eva and her manager, Tharush were amazingly friendly and accommodating. 5 star service and facilties to match! Can't recommend this place enough.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment and appreciated all the thoughtful details. Communication with Dakshan was smooth and supportive from start to finish - he was very helpful, always quick to respond, and offered great assistance whenever we had questions or needed guidance. The apartment itself was in top-notch condition, featuring powerful air conditioning, fast internet, and a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking easy. The spacious layout and separate showers in each room gave everyone plenty of privacy and comfort. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the modern yet cosy feel instantly made us feel at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d gladly stay here again.

My partner and I spent three glorious weeks in this beautiful home. It’s an effectively utilized small space that’s incredibly comfortable, very clean and easy to live in. The kitchen was well equipped to cook all our meals, the AC was a treat in the bedroom and the balcony is such a serene spot to have breakfast or do some work throughout the day. The home is close walking distance to everything we needed including shops, markets, the beach and the gym. Vaas and his wife Nadisha are gracious and wonderful hosts, truly making us feel at home and treating us to home made cooking or inviting us to celebrate national holiday traditions with them. We are forever grateful and would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay here was comfortable and pleasant. The host was so kind and generous. Harshani even went out of her way to prepare breakfast and lunch for us which was delicious and homely. We felt right at home at the stay. The stay is 4mins walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The host was very responsive and the stay looks just like in the pictures -clean. Highly recommend this stay!

I stayed in this apartment for 5 weeks during my hospital internship and was very satisfied with the location, cleanliness and value for money. Chandra and her husband are hospitable, quiet landlords who were always easy to reach. I felt very safe here. This apartment is suitable for short and long stays in Galle. By bus, the city center and Unawatuna can be reached quickly and for the hospital in Karapitiya I took a tuk tuk every day for the equivalent of €1.50. The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away and perfect for swimming and for surfing beginners. I'd come back.

Had a really nice time here, Sakun was very helpful, proactively asking for help every day, ordering takeaways for us, providing the information needed.The Sakun family was also very friendly and made us feel at home.Everything is great, the facilities are clean and tidy, the location can be walked to the famous sea turtle beach, it is a very nice vacation option, I recommend everyone to come here

Just as advertised and a great location. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Very clean and spacious. Staff is lovely! If you’re a light sleeper, there are announcements early in the morning close to location over a loud speaker. Other than that, we loved our stay!

Great stay at Villa Valentina! Communication with Madhura was always friendly and quick. The housekeeper was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Would definitely come back!

This place was brilliant. It was spacious, very clean, had great ac and a powerful ceiling fan. It is so close for places to eat and five mins from the beach. I would highly recommend this room. The host was also very communicative and helpful.

A large manor with a very unique and beautiful environment. There are coconut groves, mango trees, and starfruit trees... The location is also very good. It's right next to the beach. The service is very welcoming. It feels like home. It's also very personalized. Because we came back late from whale watching, they gave us a house to check out late. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough time to stay at the hotel and enjoy such a beautiful environment. I highly recommend it.

At first, Google Maps gave me a hard way, so I wandered around a bit, but I felt better when I saw the place in such a great space. It was a little far from Hikadu and Main Beach, but it was good to go to Tuk Tuk, and it was a place where you could feel the very nice forest path and the beach at the same time. Very friendly family, welcome coconut juice and milk tea, and a bit of snacks we felt Sri Lanka's kindness and kindness again. It was a trip to stop by, so I only stayed one day, but it was a good thing that it was so comfortable and enjoyable.

Patrick is a great host who will help you with everything. He arranged a transfer for us to a villa, chose the best room for our needs and help with every query we had. He's always around when you need him and respects your privacy at the same time. The place is amazing for digital nomads (or people who would like to come here just to rest). Great wi-fi speed on every floor and at every place. We didn't need to be afraid of power cuts because of the generator which worked perfectly. The villa has an amazing view of the lake with a lot of palm trees with monkeys just next to you. Very nice pool which you can use 24/7 with fancy lights when it's dark. You can order tasty food at a very good price, which will be delivered to your laptop or to a place where you're chilling. Very good coffee (important especially for developers). The villa is away from the main road but at the same time just a 5-10 min bike/tuk-tuk ride from the market/wine store/atm. You would have 10 min walk to a beautiful beach where you can buy coconuts or pineapples. Surf rental is just a few steps from there. People here are friendly and helpful. Sunil (who helps Patrick) can arrange a bike rental or anything you would need. Just come to experience it!

I with my friends stayed here and we really enjoyed our time there! The place is lovely and 100% matches photo, Location is also very good - there're beach, cafes and big grocery store are in 15-minute walk. Kelani and Shantha were very welcoming and supportive in everything! Highly recommend this place, would love to revisit it!
