Monthly Rentals in Higher Fraddon

We stayed for 3 days while exploring Cornwall and the location was great as a base. The house itself was perfect for our needs. A fully equipped kitchen, some super comfy sofas, the beds were also very comfy and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower (much needed after a day at the beach!). It really felt like a home from home. We would definitely look to book this house again if coming down to Cornwall!

Super friendly helpful hosts with a great cottage with everything you need for your stay. Comfy bed. Top notch power shower. Nice coffee machine. Cottage is edge of village with some fabulous views. Quiet and comfy accommodation. Walkable (5 minutes) friendly locals pub in village. Walkable (10 minutes) Spar supermarket and the lovely Kay’s Fish and Chip shop. Thanks Jim and Lyn. We will definitely return.

Had a lovely and peaceful stay. Cheryl was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was exactly as described and what we had hoped for. Will defo go back when we can.

We found the property really clean and tidy and with everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive to our tiny issue with the WiFi and sorted it straight away. Garden is lovely and peaceful. Hot tub and barbeque were excellent additions to the outside space. Overall, very satisfied, thank you Claire and husband for a lovely relaxing break.
