Vacation rentals with a patio in High Wycombe

We had a great stay in the studio (wife and 2 year old) while visiting friends in Chorleywood. It's a beautiful location with a park right outside the fence gate and the town gardening plots right out back. The studio was very clean, well equipped, and private. We very much enjoyed our stay, and we'll try to book again next time we visit.

Lovely studio walking distance to river, coffee shops, local supermarkets. Lovely green to sit and have a drink. Station within 5 minutes walk to London or Windsor (which is 5 minutes on train) easier than parking. 15 minutes to Heathrow. Immaculate and clean

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

I was staying for a party in the area, so needed to drop my car early and check in late in the evening, which was readily accommodated. The space itself was a very nice, clean and well set up annexe. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen set up for cooking if needed - with a fridge. All in all I was delighted, would have been perfect if I'd needed a few days away for work too.

John’s place was the perfect place to stay on our first stop during our honeymoon! John gave us some wonderful food recommendations as well as places to see in the area. The space is clean and has everything you would need, they’ve done a great job making use of a small space. If we are back in the area again, we will absolutely be looking to stay here!

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Kelly's place. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with every detail just as shown in the listing. It instantly felt like home the moment I arrived. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, kind, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It was clear they genuinely cared about creating a great experience for their guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

What a lovely air BNB! This is the best and cleanest place we have stayed in London. Chloe was so responsive and provided very clear/straightforward instructions, the place and whole process was very well organized. We felt very safe in the area and apartment, it was all walkable too which we loved. The apartment was decorated well and had everything we needed for our stay. We often come to London and always rush to get home as we don't enjoy the places we stay in, but this was a completely different experience - we actually felt rested and recharged and even went for brunch at browns which was under 10 mins walk from the apartment. We will certainly be staying again in the future!

Our stay was great! The backyard was stunning, the area was perfect both as a base for getting around London and as an area to enjoy. Tilly was responsive and very friendly!

Really lovely stay here with 8 adults, 3 babies, 2 toddlers and a dog. Still space for all of us not to feel on each others toes. Petra was really helpful and had the BBQ ready for us. It was during a heatwave and the trees in the garden were perfect for us to find shade. Shame the pub in the village wasn’t open, although the chequers in Fingest was only a short and lovely walk away through some forests. Would recommend and we will come back if our group doesn’t grow too much too quickly!

Our family of 7 stayed here for one night while we visited the Warner Brothers tour. The house was staged perfectly to get families excited for Harry Potter. The house was full of Harry Potter decor, linens, costumes, knick knacks, and games. We all loved it. the backyard had a great space for hanging out as well. The parking space in the backyard is greatly appreciated. We were able to fit our Mercedes v series 300D in it and that was such a relief to not have to find street parking.

Sophie was an incredible host and met us on arrival to walk us through the property and explain everything in detail. We had to book at extremely short notice due to unforeseen circumstances with our original booking. Sophie managed to fit us in perfectly between existing bookings and we're so grateful for this! The property is absolutely stunning with a gorgeous private garden. The beds were super-comfy and the accommodation was spotless, I only wish we'd found this property first! Thank you so much for everything, Sophie, you really went above and beyond and helped us out of a horrible situation with our last booking xx

From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. Absolutely loved our stay here, the views are stunning, the master bedroom was very comfortable and the hot tub was brilliant! The lodge had everything we needed and Gogos restaurant is phenomenal right on the doorstep 🙂 just ensure you mention the lodge no so your discount comes off the bill because we didn’t, and booking is essential at weekends for breakfast or dinner, it gets very busy.

Great place to stay, very helpful and accommodating

Alison was a wonderful host, there to greet us and she had already given us recommendations for the area. She showed us around her house explaining where everything is. The house book has all the instructions in it. The photos of the house do not do it justice, the house is so well designed with superb views. Wildlife watching from the terrace is a must! Every amenity has been thought of and we did not want to leave the house. However on venturing out there are plenty of walks from the house, or Marlow and Bray are not too far away with all of their famous restaurants. An exceptional location with Clivedon not too far away. We will be back, we had a wonderful time and cannot recommend Alison’s house highly enough.

Lovely property. Very tastefully furnished, great size rooms and amazing showers. Kitchen is well equipped and lovely views over the garden. Would recommend to all.

Tucked away at the back of the shops, right on the High Street. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A lovely little village. The way in was a little bit tight and you had drive carefully through the archway. It was comfortable and had everything you needed. Very quiet. And the Museum was wonderful!

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

We absolutely loved David’s place and 100% recommend. David’s communication was top notch, he provided us with recommendations of the area before we arrived and a thorough walkthrough video of the property with instructions on how to use all appliances which was greatly appreciated as we had no problems throughout! We stayed for 8 weeks and David checked up throughout which was incredible and if we needed anything he replied extremely fast. The place was completely spotless and even better than we were expecting! Bus stop right outside the house which was incredible and it was super close to shops and quick to get anywhere. Overall, we would 100% recommend this airbnb, it is even better than expected and we cannot think of one flaw this place has!

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

We had a beautiful stay and really enjoyed! The house was well-equipped with everything we needed. Appreciated some extra touches as well. Viktor was very helpful and kind.

Alisa was absolutely wonderful host, and their home was lovely! We were even greeted by their two dogs and had the curry girls eggs and they were fresh and tasty! 😋 We had everything we needed to feel at home during our stay (the cake and ice cream were amazing!) Slept beautifully and cannot recommend this place enough. Will be back if we are in the area again :)

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 night weekend stay at Andy’s apartment in Marlow. The accommodation, location, private parking was everything we had seen and read about in Andy’s description on Airbnb. Andy is a great host, and should be very proud of his property, if only we had the time to have stayed longer. Lots of space, very clean, peaceful and close walk to the high street, river and many restaurants and bars. We will be recommending to friends and family and will return in the future.
