Nice little apartment with everything for two

In a newly built house from 2022, we have made two small apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom and entrance to our kids. Now some of the kids have moved and we're renting one out. The apartment is 25 sqm and has a nice bathroom with shower - full kitchen with stove with 2 burners, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a dining table with chairs and then there is a cabinet bed with a nice mattress. It can easily be opened up with the bedding arranged so it is easy to make good floor space. There is a large sliding door and a lovely view

The home is small and perfect for a couple looking for a unique experience together, or for a small family (recommended for a maximum of 2 adults). The large folding door facing the water extends the property to include the terrace. The sight and sound of the ocean fills the entire house. The house has a 2-person kayak with life jackets.

Family and dog-friendly holiday home for 6–8 guests, only 400 m from the beach and surrounded by beautiful nature. Large fenced garden – ideal for children and dogs – as well as a deluxe fire pit and two terraces with sun and coziness. Indoor activity room with air hockey, table football, Xbox, Wii, Apple TV and large TV. Perfect base near Djursland's many wildlife parks and Djurs Sommerland, Randers and Aarhus. Final cleaning included for an easy and relaxing holiday.

Small black idyllic wooden cottage of 50m2 plus annex, which, however, is not rented out. The cottage is located in quiet summerhouse area - only 300 meters from the water in a scenic area with the possibility of good hikes. The plot is 1200m2, so there's plenty of room for charcoal bins, Viking games, or a game of badminton. When you step out of the driveway, you have a view of the water 300m down the road. Very kid friendly place!
