"TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can let go of the stress of everyday life. The house is withdrawn from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fire pit and lots of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, inn and pizza as well as 7 km. to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.

Lovely newly renovated apartment close to nice condition and swimming opportunities. Located in quiet surroundings with lovely outdoor amenities. Close to all the sights of Djursland, Randers and Aarhus, good fishing opportunities in the coastal areas as well as long bike paths along the sea. In the forests around the apartment there are plenty of opportunities to experience the animals as well as the lovely nature the area offers. Good shopping possibilities within 5 to 10 minutes drive depending on which grocery store is chosen.

In the heart of Djursland, the prairie trolley holds high to the sky and views of the steppe. The prairie is quiet and located in scenic surroundings with forest in the backyard and half an hour to three shores as well as lovely Molsbjerge and more. The prairie cart has everything a normal home contains just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and wilderness bath (available) in addition to an evening around the fire. I live on site but otherwise maintain a respectful distance. There is private access by private road to quiet and lovely sandy beach with good bathing conditions and possibility of walking and fishing from the beach. Ball games and play are available on site. There is direct access to the apartment from parking in the courtyard. The apartment is handicap accessible. There are good biking opportunities from the place along the coast.

Furthermore, ReePark, Scandinavian Zoo, Kattegat Center with sharks. Free parking space in front of the house. 900 meters to charger stands and light rail.

Cottage 400m from sea - Fantastic nature

Cleaning included! Cozy cottage for 6-8 pers. 400 m. from the sea in a nice natural area with lots of animals. Close to Djurs Sommerland, Randers and Århus. Large and nice fenced garden with fireplace and 2 terraces. Firewood for the campfire can be bought. One terrace is to the south and the other is a nice morning terrace with morning sun and lots of shelter. Indoors there are activity room with airhockey and table football. Wii, Xbox and Appletv is also there.
