A 2min walk to a variety of restaurants (inc Vegetarian/Vegan options) the famous Cliff paths, Marine Hotel Spa, Whale watching points ie Gearings point, Art galleries and shops. A 4min drive to Fernkloof Nature Reserve (hiking) A 6min drive to Grotto's swimming beach. This modern minimalist apartment is clean, private and comfortable within the Hermanus Waterfront complex.

A charming verandah equipped with dining and lounge furniture gives this house its name. The 3 bedroomed house contains a lounge, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and two full bathrooms, (one ensuite). One bedroom and bathroom is accessed from the covered Veranda and has easy access into the house through a door a few steps away. Out on the back stoep (porch) you’ll find your barbecue facilities under the Huilboerboon tree. The stoep area has an additional toilet and washbasin.

The freestanding Cottage is situated at the back of a permanent private residence with its own entrance. There is a cosy living area and comfortable seating. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen. No need to worry about loadshedding.

Totally renovated and upgraded during June and July 2017 it is elegantly furnished with a panoramic view of the Indian Ocean. Only 100 metres from the sea assists restful sleep.
