We enjoyed staying here! Quiet and pretty private. Chris & Kareesha were the best hosts! They were great and very fast at responding back with any questions I had before and during our stay.

joanna’s place was beautiful and felt very safe neighborhood. the basement apartment was very nice. We were there on a very, very hot weekend and the place was nice and cool. The bed was comfortable. And I would recommend it

Great place

The Wander Luxe team were communicative prior to our visit and the process for checking in / out was straightforward. I always appreciate that in a host. The apartment is located in a building where the residents were clearly used to having short term renters come and go, and was perfectly clean when we arrived. Lyndale / South Uptown is convenient to many areas of the city and was a good base for getting around Minneapolis. While the immediate area is very walkable, I would recommend a car to anyone visiting. The good news is that once you start driving everything is approximately 20 minutes away. Minneapolis is a great town. Looking forward to visiting again and I'll definitely be checking to see if this unit is available for our use next time.

This house was affordable, well-positioned for public transport, and had everything we needed for a short stay. We would definitely stay here again!

this place exceeded expectations, nicer than photos. everything was exceptionally clean. very large spaces. everything one could need. quiet neighborhood with walkable restaurants, coffeeshops, even a small brewery.

It's a great location on Lake Street, close to top restaurants such as 6Smith and a short walk to shops and the beautiful Wayzata Bay. The unit is spacious and just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and plan to return.

Emily was a great host. The lower apartment was clean and functional. The location was quiet and peaceful. Emily went above and beyond to return an item of clothing that we left in the closet by mistake. Very grateful for this great little spot in Hopkins. We will definitely be booking again soon!

I was only there for work but the place was perfect for me to go back to and relax after work. The area was beautiful and close to so many things

Wow - what a dream rental! It was immaculately cleaned upon arrival (read: vacuum lines 😍) with the pack-and-play set up in the bedroom too. Our hosts were proactive and incredibly responsive. We loved the electric power strip on the nightstand with the sound machine plugged in which made charging our phones in the dark (with an already sleeping toddler) much quieter! We booked with the intention of walkability, but were thoroughly impressed with the Highway 7 access. The natural lighting was also a surprise - the windows in each room gave great light even on those overcast days and the smart lights made “turning in” really efficient at night. Can’t recommend enough!

it was nice to come back to a safe quite area after long busy days out. The refreshing cold ac was a relief after all the heat. The couch was super comfy. Nice spot away from the city.

Such an excellent spot to stay in Minneapolis! The location is excellent, with lots of great spots nearby to explore, eat and drink. The bed is comfortable and our kids slept wonderfully on the pull out sofa bed. Don’t hesitate to book this place for your next stay in MSP!

Nice, walkable neighborhood in “old” St Paul. Clean and comfortable accommodations with plenty of space. Straightforward check-in. Well-stocked kitchen and amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is in a fantastic location right on Eat Street, with great places to walk, and even a supermarket right in the building. The space itself was stylish and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like complimentary cereal, beer, and kombucha on tap in the common areas of the building, such a treat! We did have a hiccup with cleanliness when we arrived, but Peter was responsive and did his best to rectify the situation, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great stay in a vibrant, well-appointed space with a thoughtful host.

My family and I selected Aaron and Colleen as hosts based on their five-star rating and safe location. However, we received more than what was expected. The first day, we were met with a personalized note, chocolates, and drinks in the fridge, including homemade cold brew! Such a thoughtful touch made us feel right at home. We were busy with family activities in the city, so we didn’t use the Peloton, hot tub, or sauna as expected. Still, returning to immaculate, extremely comfortable, stylish accommodation was lovely. The mattress was perfect! We also enjoyed listening to various records on the record player while playing cards and board games; it felt nostalgic. We enjoyed our stay, to say the least, and hope to revisit our experience at some future time.

I can't gush enough about the Treetop Apartment! Aaron was a great host who reached out and set up a pack and play and high chair since I was visiting with a little one. This space is gorgeous, charming, and absolutely filled with thoughtful touches. My kids (4 and 1) loved it and we all want to come back. Clear and helpful instructions throughout the space, everything you need to stay with kids while still being a space that was serene and calming for an adult. The coffee bar and record collection are amazing, the bathroom is amazing with a wonderful deep tub, the whole layout is a perfect blend of old charm and modern amenities. Stay here, you're going to love it!

Good place to stay downtown. Rooftop hot tub was nice. Having 3 beds was a key upgrade vs a hotel room.

Very clean! Exactly what I was looking for, and for a great price!

The apt itself was VERY nice!! The only critique I have are the dingy bells of the trains that seem to run every 10 -15 minutes or so, but that is out of the control of the host. This was the 1st time we stayed at a place that has a noise monitor, so it was a little awkward. Four adults using a "library whisper" to talk while we were inside, because we were not sure how loud 70 decibals were. We saw a previous post staying the volume of the tv set off the sound alarm, so we made sure the volume was very low when we had the tv on. The check in process was a little difficult, but, between the apt bldg manager helping us, and the quick response from the host and co hosts, we were able to figure it out. The checking out process...the host said to leave the key fob on the table, but we received a text from another bldg staff stating to return the key fob back to the key cafe...so that was a little confusing. I ended up leaving the key fob on the table, per the host's instructions.

This was a wonderfully charming Airbnb that was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully preserved vintage details! My fiancé and I rented for a week to be our home base during our wedding week (my hometown, currently out-of-state). JJ was super responsive, proactively gave clear instructions, and was super kind to leave us ample snacks (got in late) and celebrated our upcoming nuptials with a bottle of champagne, slippers, and an adorable oven mitt, spatula, and cookbook. Definitely above and beyond!!! The location felt safe with easy access to highways and it was walkable to a great coffee shop and within 10 minutes from our rehearsal dinner and wedding venue. Great value and would recommend and stay again!!! The only minor thing to note is that although the upstairs tenant was very quiet, I was woken up a few mornings by (a dog?) running around upstairs excitedly. The dog was well-behaved/quiet but because the house is older I did hear its weight shifting the floorboards around.

Beautiful house with a great basement to stay. The basement room is in great condition. The bathroom worked great. The bedroom was nice and comfortable. Lots of space in the basement area. I enjoyed my stay in the house because it was very comfortable and close to where I was working. The hosts do live at the house full time. they are very welcome and humble. They let me use the kitchen upstairs which was very convenient for me. The host always responded online and very easy to communicate with in person.

The place has fantastic with modern apartment look and furniture. Top floor hottub and pool was especially impressive being so high up the building. Justin was very responsive to any inquiries and checked in multiple times asking if we needed anything. Would highly recommend
