House vacation rentals in Helen

Absolutely incredible property! My family and I had a fantastic time. The property was immaculate and there was everything we needed and more! The photographs do not do it justice, breath-taking views and added bonus of games in the garage were perfect. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you to Ashley and Brad for a memorable holiday, one we will cherish forever!

My wife and I selected the area of Ellijay for our honeymoon specifically because of Ted’s AirBnB! We were amazed by the style, decor, and feel of it! Every morning felt fun, light, and spacious and every evening felt private and intimate. What a perfect balance that was everything we could have asked for! On top of that, Ted was such an incredible host. Very kind and generous! We cannot wait to return to this spot time and time again!

Great location in a gated area. Patio space was perfect for those cool nights. Second bedroom was on the basement level with its own couch and TV so was perfect for two couples to have their space when needed. Very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Easy few minutes drive into town.

The Golden Leaf is an amazing property for a family or group travel. We truly enjoyed all the amenities, inside and out!! The house has such charm and was a maze of rooms and spaces designed for the young, and young at heart, alike. Overlooking the golf course and tucked away in the Innsbruck neighborhood in Helen, the house was far enough away from the crowds, but close enough to be in the mix of all the Bavarian Village has to offer. Logan and Bri were super hosts with plenty of information conveyed prior to arrival and with great response time to our questions. I would recommend this property, without hesitation, to anyone looking for an exciting trip to Helen. The town and the home are awesome places to visit and enjoy all they both have to offer. Thanks again for a GREAT stay!!

We enjoyed a relaxing 3 night stay in Bobby and Dina’s beautiful, river house and they were the perfect hosts! They were very responsive to questions and even offered area suggestions including a wonderful local butcher, for our BBQ night on the deck, listening to the peaceful sounds of the river. This home had everything we needed to prepare meals, very clean and tastefully decorated. We highly recommend this home for your trip to the Murphy area and would love to return when we have more time to fish & kayak!

Perfect location for our annual trout fishing trip.

A wonderful place to get away for peace and tranquility. Very close to the best winery in the area as well as best orchard. Short drive to downtown Blue Ridge where all the action is but off the beaten path from the chaotic tourisim. Highly recommended!

Chose to downtown and the mountain roller coaster-kids loved the coaster by the way! Coffee pot available in the unit but no coffee, so we picked up hot coffee locally. Hot tub was great on a cool morning😍. King size bed on the lower level was the best mattress I’ve ever slept on!

Great place to take the entire family! That includes the dogs :)

The most interesting thing about the home is the LOCATION, just outside of the busy, crowded sidewalks of Helen, is this peaceful oasis of older homes and a church set in a park like setting. It is very quiet and you feel amazingly secluded, and you don't have to go through Helen to get to the other towns. We chose this home because we wanted to visit the entire area and Helen was sort of in the center of Cleveland, Dahlonega, Jasper, Blairsville and Blue Ridge. If you are going toward Dahlonega, the Gold Mining Museum, Amicalola Falls State Park to see a beautiful waterfall and Dahlonega Butterfly Farm are things to see. On the way to Jasper is a must see national treasure called Gibbs Gardens. After trying to see everything in the area, Gibbs Gardens was our favorite. It is hundreds of acres of flowers with a creek running through the middle and offers amazing gardens to wander through. Blue Ridge was 1+15 min drive, you can easily spend an entire day there trying to see it.

This was a return visit to this perfect, roomy, relaxing condo. It is walkable to main Helen shops and restaurants, yet away from the traffic. The porch is wonderful for watching the river and drinking coffee. The space, with its two master suites, works well when traveling with friends or family. The area has beautiful waterfalls and hiking options to fill your day, and a plethora of food options for evening. Also walkable to Hardmann Farm via a scenic trail.

This place was so wonderful to walk in to after a long travel day! The screened in 3 season room was a perfect place to sit and listen to nature while drinking coffee/wine. Kelly was always available for questions. She had a book with every bit of information you would need for the house and surrounding area. Everything was spotless in the house. Comfortable furniture and bed! They had some toiletries in case you forgot some items. A few coffee pods and sugars/honey and creamers. Things are labeled and the kitchen was very well stocked. Such a lovely place! There’s a Publix right as you enter the area to stock up on groceries. Would love to come back here again. We loved staying in this area as we visited some wineries and took some beautiful hikes. The Anna Ruby’s Falls north of Helen were beautiful and it’s a national park. Bring your national park pass if you have one. Amicalola Falls was amazing to hike up to. The little square of Dahlonega was very quaint.

Our stay was beyond enjoyable. The house was so beautiful and the amenities were ideal for our stay. The fireplace kept us cozy and warm. My favorite amenity was the workout area just down the street. I worked out every morning and the equipment options kept me busy. The view from each room just gorgeous. We will absolutely be coming back. The area has great restaurant options in all directions and there is also a mountain hike to the highest elevation in GA where you can see multiple states from the top. It’s a great place for a couple get away or for a small family to enjoy the mountain air and small town feel.

We really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. Ian was extremely helpful throughout the entire stay and answered all of our questions promptly. It was the perfect getaway for a girls trip. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing mini vacation that’s close to all the fun things to do in town without feeling right in the middle of it.

I have stayed at a lot of Air BnBs, and this one was the best experience I have had! The host was great! We had some problems and the Ashley and her husband were very helpful. As far as bang for your buck, the price was spectacular for everything g you get. Location was perfect. We had a large family and there was plenty of room and things to do. The host’s attention to detail was spot on. We will be looking to stay here again next time we are in Helen!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Clayton, GA while in town for a wedding with another family. The house had everything we needed—super clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made meals easy, and the whole place had such a welcoming, cozy feel. The location was perfect—just a short walk into town, which is absolutely adorable. We happened to be there during a local festival, and it was such a treat to see the community in action. Lots of local pride and charm all around! The outdoor space was a huge bonus. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids, and the spacious yard gave them plenty of room to run around and play. It was a quick trip, so we didn’t get to explore as much of the area as we would’ve liked, but there’s clearly a lot to see and do. We’d definitely love to come back and stay longer! Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the Clayton area—whether for a special event or just a relaxing getaway.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb for our girls’ weekend! The house was absolutely perfect—clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Every one of us slept comfortably, which can be rare when traveling in a group, but this place was so well set up. The location was secluded and very private, surrounded by nature, which made for such a peaceful retreat. We even saw a lot of deer right outside, which was a beautiful touch! Our host was fantastic—very responsive and incredibly helpful with recommendations. She suggested some great wineries and restaurants in the area, as well as local hikes to explore. One of her recommendations, Roo Winery, was a standout. We went there and had a wonderful experience—the wine and atmosphere were great. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we would definitely come back!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here, from the home itself to the outdoors surrounding it was exactly the peaceful, serene environment we were needing. The house literally had everything that we could’ve possibly needed cookware wise and even cleaning wise because although we were on vacation in a neat freak and with 2 boys the messes are sure to follow. Our host was so kind and responsive and gave us so many wonderful recommendations for things to do with our sons. We did not want to leave 💕 thank you so much for having us.

Sean was an excellent host. His communication was kind and he always responded in a timely manner. His instructions were clear and helpful before check in and after. The home was clean, beautiful and everything it was described to be. We would definitely stay again.

What a delightful place to stay. Plenty of room for the seven of us. It was great having the choice of playing ping pong, billiards, and such. Hiking was close by, and we were able to see multiple falls. So beautiful and peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay in Helen. The property was easy to access and close to everything. The home was as depicted in the listing, and Dale checked to see if we needed anything. It was in a private, gated community and very quiet.

Our visit to Helen was perfect. The kids loved the games, the pool area and even the hot tub after a long hike. Everything was clean upon arrival and cozy! Recommend Ashley’s home highly. The proximity to Helen is great. We also went to Babyland in nearby Cleveland (kids) and Clarksville for bowling and antique stores!
