Condo vacation rentals in Helen

If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to come to in the north Georgia mountains of Sky Valley. Beautiful views especially at sunset, hearing the chapel bells ringing, watching the humming birds fly around during the day and at night the bats, and friendly neighbors. The unit was roomy and comfortable. There were a few light bulbs burned out upon arrival and our host was very responsive and a maintenance gentleman was there soon to replace them. Lots of local activities and great restaurants in nearby Highlands and Franklin, NC and Clayton, GA. For walkers the Sky Valley golf course closes at 7 p.m. and it's great walking or jogging around the beautiful course.

This is a great condo at the perfect location. One in our group has issues walking long distances but the location of this condo allowed him to walk every where the group walked. We enjoy sitting on the deck and relaxing. This best part is how courteous and attentive John is to every communication. We have stayed here a few times and plan to stay again. Thanks John for being a great host!

Great little weekend getaway for our family of 4 including 2 small children. So many amenities and lots to do. The view from the patio with the porch swing was amazing!

We had a great stay! The resort is gorgeous especially with the fall colors peaking. We enjoyed the view from the deck, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We also loved that just right down the road there was an awesome waterfall and hiking trail! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice. The surroundings were beautiful.

Place was okay for a couple nights. Host were great. Had a little issue figure out which unit I had rented. I called the phone number they provided and they picked up and were helpful. I think some new furnishings and decor along with some not so inexpensive mattresses would go a long way.

We loved our stay in Helen at Nathan’s place. It was simple but provided all we needed. We walked everywhere: to trails, restaurants and shops. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us with anything we needed.

Great option to stay here if you are attending an event at the Brasstown Resort. It was only 6 minutes away and had all the comforts of home—full kitchen, comfy furniture, and Peej at the lake. Close to a few restaurants and bars. Overall—great alternative to some pricier stays in the area. Although, it was still a bit pricey for being such a basic place. The A.C. unit wasn’t working the first night but they quickly came and got it fixed the following day for the remainder of the stay. Good location and clean.

The views off the top floor balcony are stunning! A great view of the sunrise over the lake. The house is very large and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Well stocked utensils and cookware in the kitchen. A great loft area that turned into our prime hangout spot. Patricia is very quick and responsive and the check-in/out was a breeze.

This Young Harris condo was a great stay for our family while participating in a wedding that was at the Brasstown Valley Resort a few minutes away (nice golf course there too). This condo was a perfect home base for us and we loved the large deck, the lake and mountain views and the proximity to the resort and other sites around Young Harris and Hiawassee, like the Crane Creek Winery and Bell Mountain Park (VERY steep drive not for every car or driver, but spectacular views ... we even saw a bald eagle). Amy and Kyle were great communicators and had very good suggestions. The kitchen was particularly well stocked and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again and would love to explore the area more. I will note that the 4th bedroom, which is well described in the listing, really is more of a sun room, but would be a perfect "bedroom" for 1 or 2 children. We did not use the room, but the window views of the lake and mountains in it are the best in the condo.

This location was beautiful and quiet, but close enough to everything that it was easy to get around. It can be walkable, but there is a bit of a hill. We were there when the leaves' color change peaked, and the location was perfect. The accommodations were spacious, and we really enjoyed the deck.

Great location and close to great restaurants. Second floor patio was very relaxing and private with an amazing view. We will definitely be back.

The waterside view was beautiful and peaceful! The place had everything we needed for a great time at Octoberfest for my husband’s birthday!

Loved our stay in Helen. Tammy was so very helpful and friendly when we called to clarify parking instructions. We received great communication from her before, during, and after our stay. Would definitely use this rental company again! The condo was very nice and comfortable. Very walkable to all the great restaurants (definitely try Campfire and Bodensee) and shops. Truly magical with all the Christmas decorations!

If you’re looking for a condo that has privacy, but is right in the center of town and is surrounded by great restaurants and everything is in walking distance and a dedicated parking spot, then this is the place for you! Throughly enjoyed our stay here. This condo is literally on the top floor of a building that is the center of town. It has its own private patio that you can see the town of blue ridge. The only downside would be if you’re someone who likes to sleep in…. The Blue Ridge scenic rail is literally right behind you. So depending on what day it is you hear the train’s whistle blowing as early as 9 AM leaving and also coming into the station.

Condo was great and the description was spot on. As other reviewers have said - pull in front when you first arrive to avoid some of the interior stairs.

The view of the lake and surrounding mountains is gorgeous! The property is as it is described except, I think the view is even better in person. Everything was in good working order, and I enjoyed the location close to both Hiawassee and Hayesville. A great spot for a small family, or couple, to enjoy a relaxing get away in the mountains.

Great and responsive Host. Location was great and within walking distance of Helen attractions. Home still had festive decorations and was very clean and cozy. Will definitely be back for Oktoberfest. Thanks for a great weekend!

All the comforts of home in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Close to everything and walkable if you like a short hike to downtown. The beds were very comfortable with ensuite baths, it was perfect in every way. Thank you, Cyle for providing a very accommodating and memorable stay!

This condo was perfect. Walking distance to all the places downtown, clean, spacious , up to date. It was perfect for our anniversary weekend get away.
