Vacation rentals with a patio in Heathcote

We absolutely loved our stay at Simon’s place – it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the MCG and only five minutes to Fitzroy Gardens. Just a quick stroll to IGA for everyday essentials, or a slightly longer but easy walk into the city for Coles and Woolworths. Being so close to the free tram zone made getting around and exploring Melbourne convenient. The apartment itself is stunning –, stylish yet uncluttered, warm and cozy during the winter months. It had the basic essentials, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine was an added bonus! It was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor patio during our visit; it’s clearly well set up with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Communication with the cohosts, Mark and MJ, was excellent from start to finish. They made everything smooth and easy. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and are already looking forward to returning to this gorgeous apartment in the future! Thanks again!

Great little flat in Windsor/St Kilda area, with a tram stop right outside and another a few minutes walk away, to get into the city. Owner was very kind and responsive, made the stay easier and stress free. Would stay again if in Melbourne again!

What a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! The personal touches were thoughtful, the space was spotless and cozy, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the tram, but honestly, Collingwood has everything you need — incredible restaurants, great coffee, and that perfect balance of being close to the city without feeling like you're in the city. We’ll definitely be back!

Nothing to complain about—the photos looked exactly like the space. Enjoyed my stay. When it comes down to it, choosing an Airbnb in a city like this is mostly about picking the right neighborhood. So if you're looking in this area, you'll do well to choose Paul's place. No issues at all.

We had an AMAZING stay! John and Alice have done a wonderful job with this Airbnb. It was perfect for a weekend away. Close to restaurants, shopping, Spencer street station, location was great! Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

We absolutely loved our stay at Antoniette’s beautiful home. It is a spacious and clean space that easily and very comfortably accommodated our group of 9 for the weekend. The kitchen is very well resourced, with anything you could possibly need to cook for a group. It was a very cold weekend and Antoniette kindly provided plenty of firewood for the fireplace. There is alternative heating as well and we were warm the entire time. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious and clean, and Antoniette’s communication made checkin and checkout smooth and simple. We can’t wait to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very cute and cozy. We thought it was very well designed/decorated.

What a wonderful historical property and so grateful that you are sharing it for others to enjoy. It was the perfect place to accommodate our 3 generation Easter family catch-up. The swimming pool was used alot along with and the beautiful gardens around the home which were all manicured. It will be great if/when the tennis/basketball area is fixed up but we made great use of the Great Victorian Bike track at the back of the property. There are views from every window in the home which makes every room a little special but our favourite was the main dinning room looking down to the Goulburn River. A special thanks to Kelvin who is very responsive and friendly. We also appreciated the opportunity of an earlier check-in and late check-out. Would highly recommend this property.

Our family absolutely loved our stay here! The home was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean on arrival, and had such a warm, welcoming feel. It far exceeded our expectations in every way — truly a perfect home away from home.

I took my elderly mum to stay. Kirby was amazing and made up my mums bed with blankets and provided a shower chair. The heating and lights were on and Kirby provided milk, butter, jam and a loaf of bread and coffee beans for the coffee machine. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had a really lovely stay. Communication slow while we were there. No dramas though and it wasn't a problem. Not sure if the messages were going through. But everything was great. Lots of instructions which were easy to follow and I would absolutely recommend Kirby and her beautiful home and would love to stay there again. Thank you for a lovely time away.

Such an amazing place to stay. The room is exactly as same as picture. It’s extremely clean, close to CBD train station, and there are many restaurants around.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Loved Selina’s place! It was perfect. Great location with everything in walking distance. Perfect little home. Exactly what we thought it would be!

We had a lovely stay at Nick’s apartment. Perfect for the 3 of us. Loved the mid century modern vibes and the location was great - felt like you were in a peaceful little neighbourhood but only a couple of blocks from great restaurants and shops. Bernadette was very attentive and we really appreciated the later checkout so we didn’t have to take our luggage around with us on our last day. Would love to stay again.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.
