Sweet, homey cottage, well stocked and comfortable. Walking distance to grocery store and several restaurants. Great place to recharge. Darleen is a welcoming, thoughtful host.

The home was perfect for our family! I brought my elderly grandparents and aging mother to visit family in the Sylvan Grove/Wilson area, and it was difficult to find anywhere with more than one bathroom. This had plenty of space for everyone, including my two kids, and no one had to fight to use the bathroom! The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of cookware, utensils, and dishes. There were plenty of linens, towels, pillows, and blankets for all of us. The park/playground is a quick stroll down the street, which was great for my kids. We'd definitely stay here again.

We had such a great stay! We traveled from St Louis for a family member’s wedding at Lake Wilson. The house is so cute and very comfortable! The location was perfect for us—scenic 15 minute drive to the campgrounds where everyone else was staying but those of us who don’t enjoy camping were very grateful to sleep, shower, and cook in our temporary home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the linen closet was well stocked, there were plenty of extra cleaning supplies which was great since we had two very young children staying there, too. There was a small mishap between our check-in and the check out of the previous guests but Nathan very quickly took care of us which was greatly appreciated! Overall, no complaints and I would absolutely recommend choosing this home & host ☺️

great communication and clean house with a backyard

This home worked out perfectly for our needs. We were right down the street from our family and conveniently located to travel back and forth to Natoma. It is also within walking distance to the bar and grill that has excellent food and drinks! Overall, this is a great place for a small town.

Erin was super responsive when we messaged her about the leaking washer. Her home was clean and we had no trouble finding it, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be staying again next time we are in town!

A convenient place to stay in Hays. Felt hard to stay quiet for downstairs neighbors due to squeaky floors, but everyone would deal with this and it provided a more authentic historical experience. Larissa was delightful in our conversations and responded basically immediately.

The word of the stay is “Charming!” Evokes memories for those who spent any part of childhood in an old house. This place is well maintained and clean. A whimsical departure from a forgettable hotel. Larissa was a fantastic host. The farm eggs elevated the experience! Recommend!

It was really nice! You walk through the front door, and then towards the left are the stairs leading down. Took us a second to realize it wasn’t an outdoor entrance haha. The furniture was all very comfortable, and we loved our stay here.

Our experience was nothing short of wonderful. This house is so cute, and perfect for our family. We were welcomed with fresh eggs, delicious muffins, and a basket of snacks. We had plenty of space to feel right at home. Alexis was a fantastic host!

This place was so cute! It was very clean and I loved all the thoughtful steampunk details. I also enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and beautiful views. I would 100% stay here again!

quiet town, easy to find.

This is a great halfway stop to stay if you’re traveling to/from Colorado. Community is nice, we felt safe, and liked the amenities they provide long and short term residence. We enjoyed walking the property with our dog and seeing the ducks and tortoises. Mgmt and office staff were super friendly. They have a small store on site with necessities, snacks, drinks, and local meats. Would stay here again.

This is our new favorite Airbnb in Kansas. It’s in a pretty setting beside a creek with trees. While the resort mostly has RVs, there are cabins at the edge near the trees. It’s peaceful but close to Hays, the bison herd, and historic Fort Hays. Centrally located in Kansas a short drive from I-70. It’s super clean with new decor and kitchenette.

Great place to stay with a family. Fun things to do at the camp ground and the place is nice and clean.

Will be staying again. Hopefully soon!

Ive staued many times at this location and it is perfect for when i have a few over nights and fishing tournaments on lake Wilson.

A cozy place to stay close to what we came to the area to do. Peaceful, cute and comfortable. Would totally stay again in the future.

It met the needs. If we were going to be in the cabin longer a TV would be a nice addition. It’s a little pricey for what it offers. Other than that everything went well.
