SanctuarySuite on Preserve near Downtown

I relocated to Austin for work and stayed at Jill’s while I got settled and searched for a new place—and I truly can’t recommend this spot enough. Jill was such a kind and thoughtful host. The bedroom was even more spacious than I expected, and the backyard was an absolute dream. After a stressful move, it was exactly what I needed to unwind and rest a bit. Jill was also kind enough to let me bring my cat, which meant so much to me. The other housemates were very friendly, and even though the property is shared, it still felt peaceful and private. I’m so grateful for my time here—thank you, Jill!

Blair House Inn- San Miguel Cottage

Our stay at the Blair House was fantastic! We stayed in one of their cabins and it was very private while also being convenient. The amenities are great from the complementary wine in the afternoon, breakfast in the morning, and the gorgeous pool. The views are great and it is only about 5 minutes from the center of Wimberly which has tons of great shops and restaurants. The hosts were quick to reach out with instructions and very responsive. We would definitely come back to stay again and will have to try the spa next time!
A spacious whirlpool tub is situated in a well-lit bathroom, adorned with rose petals and surrounded by candles. A bouquet of fresh flowers rests on the counter. A window offers a scenic view of lush greenery outside.

Blair House Inn- San Gabriel Cottage

The photos don’t do it justice!! We loved this place SO much! We had never been to Wimberley and no idea what to expect, but we loved the Blair House so much that we added an extra day onto our stay! Each “room” is actually its own little cottage, separate from each other...so there is plenty of privacy. We stayed in the San Gabriel cottage, and it perfect. The place was very clean, perfect view, private balcony, huge soaking tub, and comfy bed. They brought us dessert and wine each night. We sat out on the patio and looked at the stars, and saw two shooting stars! The food was great.... the staff was so sweet and the personal touches made it a getaway to remember. I can’t say enough. Book this place.... just do it!!!

A hidden gem! The property is very nice and serene. The hosts are outstanding. Belinda is a wonderful cook, breakfast was amazing and she always had sweet treats in the kitchen. Steve is very nice, we enjoyed him showing us around the property on his UTV. Spacious property with enough nooks for plenty of privacy. Will definitely recommend and will be visiting again in the future!
