Great place to stay, especially if you need to get the UT campus or downtown. Lots of retail and restaurants in easy walking distance. Varun is a super responsive and friendly host.

Joe went above and beyond by making sure a new Instapot was available for me. Otherwise responsive and a great host.

Can’t beat the Greenbelt location. Quick walk or hike to Barton Springs, and across the street from Tacodeli and a small market. 10-15 min drive to everything!

We loved the beautiful, natural setting around the home. Great layout, very comfortable and lovely place to stay. Close to shopping and downtown, but set in a very quiet neighborhood. Melissa was a fantastic host!

It was a great stay, at a good price for what was happening that week in Austin. I was able to arrive safely daily with the Austin Scooters that are easily available everywhere downtown. I felt like I had my own little private transfer waiting for me outside. It had enough blankets. I feel it's good for two people. I was able to do my laundry. The ac/heater made some noise but luckily I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me. I was hardly there, only to sleep so it worked for me. It had a great little backyard patio that I didn't even get to use, but maybe someone else can take advantage of.

We had 6 girls stay here for a girls trip and it was amazing! Clean space, nice beds- it was perfect for what we needed. Angel was responsive and detailed, overall a great host!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. A .6 mile walk to the Hula Hut. Very comfortable furnishings.

Nice place to stay. Close to everything you need and close to almost every must see in Austin (downtown, malls, restaurants, Socio, etc) If you're a golfer, Lions Gate Municipal is a couple of blocks away and it's a great golf course. Ashton was always responsive and helpful. I was on a vacation with my family and for sure I'll stay here next time without a doubt

Beautiful place! Perfect for my girlfriends. We were able walk to most places we wanted to go. Communication was great the entire trip. Would definitely recommend this place for another friends trip.

The townhouse is spotless, nicely furnished, and the beds were perfectly comfortable for a good night’s rest. The location is in a quiet street near two major roads. It’s in Canyon Lake, but close to San Antonio, New Braunfels, and San Marcos. A grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, and a convenience store are all a 3-5 minute walk from the front door. The pool is clean, functional, and only shared by 8 units (not crowded). The owner responds to messages in minutes and provides clear instructions for check-in and check-out. In short, a great place to stay, we will rent it again.

Andrea was an amazing host!!!! Her place is beautiful and exactly as described. I had to book last minute and she was very helpful getting everything sorted! Next time I am in Austin I will look at booking here first.

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. Everything was clean and well appointed. We loved that this house had two full baths and a 1/2 bath. The back yard was a peaceful and private place to enjoy at the end of the day. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Downtown and the airport are both and easy 15 minutes away. The host communicated everything very well. We would absolutely stay here again!

Meghan’s Airbnb is perfect for visiting Austin/UT. It’s in a quiet spot and a short walk to a nice park. It is just as it appeared in the pictures, decorated nicely and very comfortable. The small backyard space was quiet and shaded-a perfect spot for morning coffee. I would definitely recommend Meghan’s place to anyone wanting to visit Austin.

Spent a fantastic week here. The place is immaculate with outstanding furnishings and decorative touches. We had several local friends stop by and everyone asked for the listing so that they could recommend it in the future. Excellent location just outside the downtown with fantastic restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. Communication was clear and timely. Would not think of staying anywhere else in the Austin area for future trips.

Meredith's place met our needs perfectly. Just off Congress Avenue, it's located in the heart of Austin's fun and varied shopping district and is in walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and bars. There is loads of space inside the property for two couples, and an open floor plan that makes it easy to relax, socialize, or sit outside on the 2nd and 3rd floor decks. Meredith was available at all times and made it easy to check in and out. This spacious and well-equipped spot was so much better than an impersonal hotel! I would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Austin experience.

Location is the best feature of the place, close to everything UT Austin has to offer. Although it’s in the middle of a busy thoroughfare, the building structure provides a quiet retreat. The intricacies of a well kept accommodation similar to a cozy , homy, clean getaway are some of the features that were compromised. For the price, I was surprised it’s not a Marriott like experience … Safety concern: watch out for the fallen big tree hanging on street cables /sidewalk

I stayed here with some friends over the weekend and loved the place! It was very clean, spacious, and was very conveniently close to the airport and downtown Austin. Would definitely stay here again!
