I enjoyed my stay. The photos in the listing are a bit nicer than the actual place but pretty accurate. The neighborhood was probably nicer a decade ago but it was safe, and there is a giant grocery store and a couple of small cafes within a five minute walk. There can be noise of people talking outside late at night but nothing too loud. You probably would not hang out in the area, but there are multiple bus stops and the train station stop all within a five minute walk which makes it easy to get around the city. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Overall, a good place to stay during your time in Paris.

Thomas was kind enough to leave us his personal accommodation for 5 days. Suffice to say that this apartment is very well equipped and that you have everything you need. Compared to the Parisian homes we have already occupied, it is relatively spacious. The bedding is comfortable. You can find the metro just across the street, and you're in the Bois de Vincennes by crossing the Boulevard. Despite this ideal position, the apartment is rather quiet. Thanks to Thomas for his availability and surely see you soon!

Very friendly welcome from Bernard and Maryse. Additional details given by Bernard before our arrival to facilitate our check-in. A charming place, decorated with care and overlooking a well-maintained garden. Everything was planned with various breakfast products to facilitate the start of the stay, and full equipment to allow cooking on site (fridge, microwave and hob). Quality bedding and linens provided. Very quiet neighborhood, easy parking and close to the center of Isle Adam. A place to remember for a very pleasant stay in this beautiful region.

Very unique place. I great if you want to avoid Paris, but easy enough to get there. $2.50 per person ticket and a 1 hour train ride and you’re there. Close to a bunch of great little shops. Very cool!

Dapnis place is located about 1 hrs from Paris, so ideal if you want to see the sites whilst staying in the quiet, peaceful countryside. As a host you couldn't fault him. I'd highly recommend his home.

A home from home. The house was very clean and very comfortable. Each bedroom had aircon which was very welcome with the summer weather. The house has a lot of character and has everything you need for a great holiday. Our teenage daughter was comfortable in bedroom 2 with bedroom 3 more suited to a younger child. Laurent is an excellent host. Very reliable, helpful and friendly. Communication was quick and easy and the information on the house and the area was clear and informative. The town is beautiful. Everything you need is walkable, including the station with regular trains to Paris centre. An excellent range of restaurants and bars and a supermarket just around the corner. This is highly recommended for an excellent family holiday.
