This elegant apartment in last stage, offers from its terrace a unique panoramic view of Toulouse with the Garonne below and the Pyrenees chain in the background. Located near the Prairie des Filtres where a bucolic walk along the Garonne takes you to the historic city center in fifteen minutes, it is also close to the Toulouse Stadium, which you can reach on foot via the greenways and the Ramier Island. The tramway at the foot of the building goes directly to the airport.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

The house is surrounded with wide wooded garden (2500m2) A secured parking lot (100m2) is accessible for the guest. The access is a private road, common with 3 other houses. Our townhouse overlooking the Grand Bassin de Castelnaudary is the perfect place to relax. This space has been designed to accommodate up to 6 people. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. The sofa in the living room is convertible which, once opened, is a real double bed. A private outdoor area at the rear of the house is accessible to enjoy the calm of this historic district of Castelnaudary.

You will push the small gate, and you will find yourself in a large garden, planted with century-old trees. Then you'll enter the house. This is where you will understand that you are in a unique place: you contemplate the Tarn, and its silver reflections under the sun. The interior is original and welcoming. You are... Superbien. You'll also love being outside, for lunch in the shade of tall trees, lounging on the pontoon, fishing or canoeing.

Quietly located, this two bedroom apartment is very easy to access will seduce you for your hikes and walks around Lake St Férreol, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. No smoking, but an outside space is available. Pets not allowed, Thank you for understanding. Our accommodation is equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, as well as a kettle and toaster. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are at your disposal.
