A cozy and stylish apartment with an interior. The sofa in the living room has a nice view and after a day full of adventures, it's a pleasure to relax in the bath. The apartment, in addition to an open kitchen-living room, there is also a separate bedroom, a bathroom toilet and an entrance hall. The bedroom has a double bed 140cm, sleeping on mattresses in the living room 2x 80x200cm. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, el. oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils and dinnerware and cutlery. Hiiumaa is small and everything is nearby. The cabin is 24 km from Heltermaa Harbor, 5 km from Kärdla, 2 km from Kärdla Airport and 2km from Hiiumaa's best Roograhu restaurant. You can see the sea and wildlife right from the big window, the birds, the foxes, the moose... you can all meet. This is where the most enjoyable place is either alone or with a companion time to take the time off and enjoy each other. Large sauna, with casting, sunny terrace with barbecue. Small but everything you need is there, comfortable and romantic! It's possible to come to the year!

Windmill Summer House

Uniikki kesänviettopaikka, joka rakennettu saaren perinteitä arvostaen. Tuulimyllyn ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on hyvin varustettu keittiö ja oleskelutila takalla. Toisessa kerroksessa parivuode ja kolmannesta kerroksesta näköala merelle asti. Puulämmitteisen saunamökin tuvassa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Pihalla kylpytynnyri ja terassia pitkin pääsee kuivakäymälään. Pihapiirissä kesäkeittiö jossa tilaa ruokailuun ja oleskeluun. Tihusen eestinhevoset laiduntavat ympäröivillä laitumilla.

You will feel right at home when staying at the Liiva Haus. There is plenty of space for your belongings, and the kitchen is a great place to create a cozy atmosphere that will make your stay intimate and homely. If you are traveling with friends, the two-room house offers enough space to stay together, but also privacy so that everyone has their own place. In and around Kärdla, there are several seaside areas, natural monuments, hiking trails, and shops and cafes to enjoy.

Our sauna house includes fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a large folding sofa, a toilet, a bathroom, and sauna. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy queen bed accompanied by a crib for your little one. Additionally, two relaxation spots crafted with netting offer the perfect place for relaxation. Next to the sauna house awaits a hot tub, a grilling area and a cozy camping spot with two beds. In the garden, a greenhouse awaits, provides vegetables during the summer months.

Do you want an authentic tiny house experience? If so, our recently built modern tiny house is waiting for you in the middle of forests in Kassari. You'll be amazed by what just 20+10 m2 of space can offer for you - cosy living room, full size kitchen, bathroom with shower, relaxing sauna area and private bedroom space on the upper level of the house. As Kassari is known for it's horseback riding tours, you may also see some horses riding by the house :)
