The apartment is a good fit for two to possibly three people. There is parking for a car, possibly two cars, and the apartment has its own entrance It is a short distance to Haugesund city center, Haugesund hospital, Western Norway University College, secondary schools (Vardafjell, Skeisvang and HTG). No pets, no smoking, or partying. Quiet after 11p.m.

Only 6 km from Sveio golf park, one of the country's finest golf courses. The place is also close to parts of the trail network of Nordsjøløypa. From Mølstrevåg (2,5 km) the hiking trail starts to Ryvarden Kulturfyr. If you bike Nordsjøvegen between Stavanger and Bergen you pass our house. Possibility to rent a boat for fishing in the sea.

The apartment is on the 1st floor with access to a small terrace from the kitchen. Large and spacious living room room and kitchen. The kitchen has a sofa group and the kitchen is used as a gathering point in everyday life, when we don't have a visit. We live on the second floor and have a Spanish water dog, so a bark and two will occur😊. Vil du ha en frokost i det grønne, kan du lage deg en kaffe på kjøkkenet, og spasere to minutter bort i Byparken og nyte den på en grønn benk der.
