The Place in Rye is located in The Mint in the very centre of historic Rye, and sleeps 4. The newly renovated cottage has two light and airy bedrooms each with king size beds, ample storage space and their own luxury bathroom. There is a new fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting room, WIFI, smart TV and small library. There is a peaceful sunny courtyard with outside seating for 4. There is a car park 50 meters from the cottage. Sorry we do not accept children under 12 and no pets.

A charming self contained, 2 bedroom country cottage. Beekeepers is part of a converted Victorian byre set on a 14th century farm beside a sleepy lane with fabulous walks on the doorstep. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. Beautifully located on the edge of Hastings county park 5 minute walk from the east hill & 10 mins walk to the old town. Wood burning stove & original early 1800s cottage features including a spacious kitchen extension. Nice views from both cosy bedrooms & plenty of natural light throughout. Cute & friendly kitten (short haired) comes with the house too - will leave food. (Please don’t book if it’s a problem!) Very quiet road with lovely neighbors & a village feel yet a walk to the beach.

It's a beautiful, one of a kind, house built in 1926, influenced by Arts and Crafts style with wooden floors throughout and a grand staircase. It’s private, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The large rooms lend themselves to family and friends gathering for a break at any time of year. Lovely seaside cottage as featured in magazines

Ours is a lovely old fisherman's cottage which sleeps 3 and is set in the heart of the 'Old Town' of Hastings, found up a pedestrian only 'twitten' or alleyway (not on a road). The position is quiet and secluded having a small front southern facing garden and only one minute walk to the Old Town and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Please note that the cottage has steep stairs. We also have two lovely ensuite rooms available at our family home B&B in Kilndown 30 minutes away.
