With 5 km to the center and the railway station, this townhouse is the perfect place for the little family, a bunch of friends or anything else. It has space for two cars that can last for free. I have a fantastic front garden, back garden and balcony with a view of Aarhus. The area is filled with beautiful nature. The townhouse itself is 92 m2 and consists of 2 bedrooms, an office, living room and kitchen. It is all decorated with lovely colors and my personal items, so it is not only made for rent, but also my home!

The apartment is close to Brabrand lake as well as the city of Aarhus. There is parking space in the driveway on the left . The owners live on the 1st floor but there is a separate entrance.
