New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof, and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadows, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an evocative dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Charming semi-detached house of 72 m2, centrally located on a peaceful residential street with no through traffic. The house is a 10-minute walk from the city center with shops and restaurants and close to Indrefjorden. The home is furnished with a bright and cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, a bright kitchen with access to a closed and secluded courtyard, a guest toilet and an entrance with stairs to the 1st floor, which contains a nice bathroom with a shower and two adjoining rooms with a door in between. Street parking.

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). The backyard is enclosed, with a barbecue, fire pit, and an old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and music systems (AUX jack for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi, all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is by far the coziest with a sense of "old days".

There are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fish cleaning area and a nice large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

Tiny house in the orchard

We have spent a long time renovating our little wooden house with upcycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests visit. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

'Hyggelig' holiday accommodation totally renovated in 2015 with floor-heated tiled floors. This is a fully self contained guest apartment occupying one of four 'chains' of the old farm. The apartment is arranged with a kitchen including all amenities. There is a beautiful view of the sea to Long Island from the garden, and the apartment is 750 metres from the coast where there is a small idyllic harbour. The farm is situated in stunning nature - especially good for wildlife and bird-watching.
