Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great experience staying here. The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was available, and the atmosphere made us feel right at home. The host was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I had a fabulous stay at Ann's place. It's very light and airy and the space has been well thought-out. I had everything I needed. It's both private and well-located for access to the beach and other amenities. Also a great location for access to the Snowdonia National Park (I highly recommend Beddgelert), Portmeirion and the Llŷn peninsula. Ann was very friendly and welcoming. Will certainly be coming back again next year.

The apartment was really nicely presented and had everything you could need for a family stay. Lisa was great at communicating and the apartment guide was super helpful both for the property and the area. Being literally across the road from the beach was fantastic, sometimes we didn't even put our sandy shoes back on to get home! We chose this place because it suited our family of 3 (no stairs for our 1 year old) and after we'd moved all the ornaments out of reach it was perfect, although you could have happily had a much larger family there. Would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Antony and Becky’s apartment. It was cosy, comfortable and has the most amazing view of the beach which is just seconds away. Our little boy loved watching the wind surfers and kite boarders from the massive window seat. Great place, great hosts, we’ll be back.

We had a fantastic week at Sunny Bank. House was spotless and had everything we needed. Very close to lots of lovely restaurants and cafés, my boys especially loved the ice-cream parlor just down the road. Fantastic walk above the the house with amazing views over Barmouth.

Margot was a great host, very welcoming! The flat was just like the pictures and had everything me and my family needed. The view from the back garden was great for just sitting and watching the wildlife, very peaceful. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend

Stunning views from this lovely apartment. Close short drive to beaches and walks. Well equipped and comfortable modern apartment everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Good parking. Good host. Nice outside area to sit and admire the view.

We have a lovely stay in Barmouth! The property is wonderful, clean and in perfect location. Stephen was so friendly and helpful with suggestions. He was happy for us to bring our dog with us. I would definitely come and stay again.

Marie’s house was perfect for our family of two adults and two young children. Marie set up everything we needed for the children and was very friendly and responsive. The location is sandwiched between harbour and beach, and ideal for exploring the peninsula further.

We absolutely loved Deborah's place felt right at home when we walked in. There is everything you need from day one. The local area is lovely for walks and the beach is across the road. Even when it was wet and windy it was a pleasure to sit upstairs and watch the sea. You are easy reach into Snowdonia by car?, Zip world( definitely have a go) and even easier for a trip to Caernarfon. Deborah's recommendations for eating out are spot on especially the BRAF cafe next door, lovely home made breakfast with plenty of choice and amount. Looking forward to coming back. Centrally located to easily explore anywhere from north of Aberystwyth to south of Cardigan. High quality accommodation and a generous size for 2 people. The attention to detail and the personal touches make it stand out. Good eating options within walking distance and plenty in the nearby and vibrant village of Aberaeron.

Our stay was just what we needed. We loved the fact that everything was exceptionally clean. It was lovely to sit outdoors. Simon was very helpful and we knew we could contact him if needed. He was very approachable. Ideal location too.

A great break! House spotless and nicely presented. Overlooking the coast with a variety of birds and wildlife. Very peaceful, amazing sunset’s. Everything you need at the house for a comfortable break. We hope to visit again ❤️.

Stunning house in the most spectacular setting on the edge of the bay. We had amazing weather, which meant we could make the most of the beautiful patio balcony. Just a 2-minute walk to the fabulous Boat House. Fabulous.

A great lication with views of tge beach and parking fir 2 cars. So close to shopping and eateries.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Island View. It was very attractive & comfortable. We loved chilling on the sofa enjoying the views of trees & seaside and waking up to it from the bedroom. Not many of the places to eat are open Monday / Tuesday but Benllech is lovely whatever.

Chris' place at Penmaenmawr in the Conwy area North Wales was so very lovely. I have used airbnb several times in the past and cleanliness is one of the top comments I look for. This place did not disappoint and may be the cleanest I have ever booked. The view is SO AWESOME, and the beds were very comfortable. The close proximity of the highway made it easy to get around. The cleanliness is so sparkling! I cannot say enough. Would love to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy flat! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, making me feel right at home. The host was super welcoming, always ready to help with tips for the area, and quick to respond.The location was perfect, with everything I needed close by, yet quiet enough for a restful night. The flat overlooks the harbour which was lovely, parking can sometimes be tricky at peak times but otherwise fine. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

One of the best experiences I've had with Airbnb/apartment bookings by far. Sue & Pete are an incredible couple who frankly treat you as if you're their family. Communication from day one was top notch and very detailed instructions were given as to the location of the property and where to park, which made arrival very easy. Upon arrival we were greeted by Sue who promptly gave us a guided tour of the property, as well as the little touch "extras" such as the (huge) treat hamper and a number of free drinks. Location-wise it couldn't really be more pefectly positioned - not 1 minute from the Britannia Bridge and between Snowdonia and the rest of Anglesey - which was absolutely ideal for our trip. The apartment was quiet, homely and very relaxing - Sky TV being included was a huge bonus. The gardens are vast and red squirrels can be spotted regularly. Honestly it feels so much like a home from home. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and would recommend to anyone else!!

The location is great, right on the seafront but sheltered, with a great view. Lovely spacious accommodation. This is the best apartment we have found in Aber and will definitely be back.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Clare’s apartment. It had all we needed and was really clean and welcoming. The location is great and we were to and from the beach lots! Lots of lovely touches in the flat and we so appreciated the prosecco and other bits that were left for us. Communication with Clare was clear and friendly. We will definitely hope to come again.

I can't say enough about this stay. Yes, it was exactly as described, beautiful and overlooking the water. Yes, the location was perfect and walkable to everything. But what really stood out was the unbelievable responsiveness and kindness of the host, Nia. When due to my own failings I couldn't figure out the lock box, one message and they were down to help me in and even carry my luggage up within 10 minutes. When I had a confusion about dates, again through my own scattered brain, they were incredibly kind and helpful. In the system where so many airbnb's are more of a corporate and business nature, it was wonderful to have the personal touch. If I ever need an Airbnb in Aber again, this is the only one for me. I wish I could give it more than five stars.

Great apartment across three upper floors above a shop. Lots of communal space (2 living rooms), as well as two ok sized bedrooms. Lots of steps (including to front door) so keeps you fit. Tastefully decorated and has all the provisions for a self catering stay (although you are in the town centre so lots of cafes and take aways).
