Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Hardanger

The property is absolutely stunning, only topped by the amazing views! The home is beautifully nestled into the rock and natural surroundings. Consequently, the views from the hot tub and the sauna are breathtaking. During our stay, we had excellent sunny weather and enjoyed daily. Hikes: either directly from the home or within a 30 minute car drive. The house itself is well laid out and the kitchen has everything you need for six people. It never felt crowded, except occasionally the two lounge chairs from which you could view the valley, as we sometimes fought over who gets to sit in them… 😊 There is a small grocery store just down the mountain within a 15 minute drive. It is well stocked but a bit expensive. For us this was a perfect vacation as we just wanted to enjoy nature and relax. Beyond that, there really isn’t much to do as there are neither museums nor cultural points of interest. During the winter time, this obviously is a prime skiing location.

We had a very nice week in Terje's home. The house was nice and lived up to the description. We were 6 adults and 2 children, it worked really well, several had probably been a little cramped 😄 Terje gave really nice instructions, and it was easy to get in with the key box. The place was easy to find, if you just remember to read the fine instructions and not just follow google maps, because then you end up a little too far up. 😆 We had brief contact with Terje during the stay, due to problems with a bathroom, which was quick and nice response. Very nice place, super good as a base for motorcycle holidays as we used it for. We'd love to come again!

We had a nice stay at the small, cozy hut. Close to many Hills with a nice View from the bed. The kitchen hast everything you would need and there ist enough space for up to 4 people.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The cabin is just so perfect, location is amazing! It had everything we needed and more! The hot tub was amazing, we loved using it and watching the sunset. Kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you may need! Shop is just down the road. The hosts were so quick with responding to us to any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone!!! 🤩

Our stay here was incredible. We booked for 4 people but this place could easily accommodate 8. The place was clean and tidy and offered everything we needed and more, with beautiful surroundings and a private and authentic feel. Things like extra towels, a pantry with some basic items like rice and pasta, food in the freezer and an easy to use washing machine and dryer really made us feel well looked after. We stayed when temperatures were between -10 and -18 Celsius but the house always felt cosy. The nearest Ski bus stop is a 7-10 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket and ‘town’ area are a 25 minute walk away. If you enjoy walking then the location is fine but we opted to hire a car from the airport to use for our transfers which I would highly recommend. This made collecting ski hire, shopping and travelling to the different slopes much easier as there is lots of parking areas. 10/10 stay. I have already recommended to friends and family.

This is truly a great cabin with everything you could dream of! Definitely proper people who own this castle of a cabin, because here there were clever and great details everywhere, and very modern. There were 6 of us on a trip, and all the young people and adults and the 6 year old found their zones where they relaxed, enjoyed their holiday and were able to settle! We checked out the sauna by a small pond one of the days and it was really cozy. Only 10 minutes walk from the cabin. Otherwise, we had lots of Easter activities and cooked delicious food. The sun was also on our side, so we were outside grilled on the fire pit. Here we would love to come back! Thank you very much for us🤗

Eva not say enough about this beautiful house. The location was picturesque and tranquil, we enjoyed sipping our nespresso looking at the view. There was more than enough space for two families, even though we were only three. We had a sauna every day and were lucky to have some snow. The beds were heavenly, we slept in every day. We did some skiing at Panorama Vradal right down the road. Kiki was super responsive in helping us figure things out. Her place is perfect for rest and relaxation. We will be back!!

Great cabin and place to stay at Hovden

We stayed at the cabin for a few days with our two huskies during my work trip recently and we had absolutely the loveliest time! The cabin is incredibly cozy, clean and inviting, pictures do not do it justice honestly. I was definitely impressed by its coziness and overall feeling of the interior. The cabin is situated on a mountain but conveniently close to the main road where we parked our car, yet you can't hear any noises from the road once you're in the cabin. The nature around is very very peaceful. Communication with Geir was easy and effortless, he answered all of our questions super fast and we felt taken care of. We will definitely want to come back again!

Very comfortable and beautiful space. It has a well set up amenities, lovely views and direct access to outside.

A spontaneous booking on the same day was still possible and the house was super cozy and had everything you needed. If you can watch your head and a toilet over the courtyard doesn't bother you, you should drive the extra mile to stay here!

it was in 1 word FANTASTIC! you don't find such an accommodation quickly. everything was really worth it. the bed was even an oolud ship and when we wanted we could look at the goats from the room. the cats were the most beautiful and sweet and the owners nice chill. we hope to come back one day

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It had amazing views and a beautiful patio overlooking the Voss valley. It was far enough from town to be secluded and quiet, while still being a short drive from town and numerous places and activities. The house was clean and organized and was spacious and comfortable to stay in. We would recommend staying here when in Vossevangen.

We had a fantastic time at Henriette's beautiful mountain hut as four adults traveling with our medium sized dog. The place was cozy on a rainy day and gorgeous in the sun. The hot tub with peaceful, private mountain views was amazing in the morning and the evening, and the sauna was great too. In between day-trips we enjoyed grilling on the deck and cooking meals in the cute kitchen, eating at the big dining table, and playing board games there that we brought. The beds were very comfy and we had relative peace and quiet throughout the little mountain resort area the whole time. Great memories, and would definitely recommend. Thanks Henriette!

This cabin is a real gem nestled in a corner of paradise. Accessible in only 10 minutes on foot from the parking lot, the path to this is perfectly marked. The kitchen, fully equipped, offers all the essentials to prepare delicious dishes or desserts. Comfortable, the cabin also has a TV, wifi, and much more.

Beautiful cottage in an exceptional setting. Meets the expectations we had with the equipment mentioned with it. Clear instructions from Andreas for the arrival, and good responsiveness in communication. The chalet is located 1 hour from Bergen and 1 hour 30 minutes from Voss, leaving plenty of opportunities to get around. If you were planning to stay in the area, this cottage is the right one!

We had a lovely stay at Ingrid's cabin. Ingrid always responded quickly and was helpful with what we were wondering about. Lovely cabin with good common areas for dinners and living room. I can definitely recommend the cabin to others. Hope we have the opportunity to come back another time! :)
