Kodikas, kompakti loft-tyyppinen asunto 1800-luvun puutalossa. Sijainti on rauhallinen, mutta keskeinen. Torille, rantaan, kauppaan ja ravintoloihin on vain muutaman minuutin matka. Äskettäin remontoitu. Kesäisin viihtyvyyttä lisää aurinkoinen piha, jossa pöytäryhmä. Ilmalämpöpumppu pitää tilan lämpimänä talvella ja viileänä kesällä. Wifi on käytössäsi. Asunnossa on osin matala huonekorkeus. Sisällä on jyrkät portaat, joten se ei sovellu pienille lapsille tai liikuntarajoitteisille.

Grocery store, restaurants, and shopping street nearby. Opposite the train station, you can get a sound from the traffic to the apartment. Smoking and pets are prohibited. Minimum stay 2 nights, cleaning fee 50 euros. Quality double bed in the bedroom (160 cm). 140cm sofa bed in the living room (1-2 persons). Beds for four people.

NOTICE! We keep a 1 day “cleaning break” after each visit. A completely renovated and winterized cottage (64m2 + 25m2 terrace) nearby the sea. There is space for max 6 persons (bedroom, sofa bed and loft) in this with all amenities (toilet, shower, dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, ventilation unit etc) furnished cottage. There is also available a separate wood-heated sauna (built 1980), a small rowing boat and a parking area with electricity for charging/heaters

You can recycle waste with us. The tenant brings sheets and towels and takes care of the final cleaning themselves. We don't live in Hanko.
