Everything was amazing. Cozy, quiet, spacious house. Beach, BBQ, boats and even a sub-board. We had a great three days in this lovely place. A different address, different house and photos were provided upon booking. But the owner offered us a better version of the cabin. We didn't understand at all, is this a technical disturbance? Or why not put an advertisement with this cottage piece and not the townhouse? Anyway, we loved everything, thank you very much. And a small recommendation is that there is not enough tea or coffee in the kitchen. ☺️

Our first impression was a wow feeling! The drive there and arriving promised a lot. Once arrived was the tranquility, the silence and the beautiful nature that gave a huge impression. The location was magical. The listing and amenities matched the descriptions and even surpassed. There was a dinner and breakfast provided, Marjo take into account various diets and care for a gluten-free pancake mix and delicious sandwiches. The sauna was lovely and there was a nice homemade ice tea provided for cooling off. In addition, you had the beautiful lake with beautiful views where you could cool off and take a nice dip. The stay was really great and I recommend it 100%. I'd love to come back! Marjo, thank you for the beautiful experience. See you next time!

Idyllic house in the countryside

We had a very happy time at Sandra's house. Everything was new, tidy and clean. We feel like in our own home. The house, its garden and setting were beautiful, the view from the windows was beautiful, like an artistic photo. We were 3 people and our daughter slept very well on a mattress we put in the living room. In the nearby small town of Hankasalmi there are supermarkets with everything you might need, and with a nice beach and walk in the lake. The town of Jyväskylä has about 140000 inhabitants and is about a 45 minute drive. Sandra and her family have been very kind, all the time due to what we might need. They have prepared their barrel sauna for us every day and it has been a very pleasant experience, with bathing in the river. We have also used their standup paddle boards to navigate the river. In short, we believe that Sandra's place is highly recommended for anyone who wants to spend some quiet days in a lovely environment.
