A covered parking space is reserved for you in our courtyard, right across from the apartment. Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Beautifully decorated, this charming attic room, refurbished, has a shower room with bath towels. An espresso machine is also available as well as a kettle and tea. Outside, a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy your breakfast or relax.

The Beautiful Cottage

Guest House fully available, located in annex of our main house. We will be happy to share with you our garden, in addition to a private terrace. Just 1 hour from Paris, our beautiful cottage will allow you to enjoy a peaceful environment in the countryside. You can enjoy beautiful walks in the forest a few steps from the house, and discover the many equestrian centers and cultural places nearby.

Petit Nid Champêtre, tiny house is a perfect place to stay for those looking to get away and enjoy nature. You will appreciate the minimalism, comfortable interior and charm of this 37m2 house with all the necessary for your stay. You can enjoy the garden and the harvest from the garden. Your pets are welcome here. We charge 10 euros per stay per pet. We look forward to welcoming you.
