Yingyangpad - wheelchair/accessible accommodation

WELCOME Built in 2019 under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit our less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is styled around a rustic theme and is located around 5 miles (8km) from the A1 and 3 miles (5km) from the M62 motorways, with good road/rail links from 3 local stations and a bus terminus. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

Our comfortable and inviting annex is sited over a converted 200 year old barn and situated in the quiet courtyard of Rose Cottage. This one bedroom accommodation has central heating, a kitchen complete with modern appliances, a separate lounge area with a Smart TV. DVD player (with a selection of DVDs) and free WiFi. The double bedroom has a multi-award winning Emma Original mattress, a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower complete with toiletries and towels.

Discover comfort and tranquillity in our 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom cottage on a private countryside estate. Unwind in the spacious sitting room with TV and log burner. The well-equipped kitchen with dining area caters to your needs. Outside, our garden features seating and a BBQ for al fresco dining. For outdoor enthusiasts, a large lock-up area for bicycles is provided, along with private parking. For eco-conscious travellers, an outdoor plug is available for car charging.

Studio apartment.

The apartment consists of a living space with kitchen and shower room connected to a bedroom. The bedroom has limited head space of just under 2 metres. There is independent access from the rear of the building and no shared space. Access is via a staircase at the right hand side of the house. No food is supplied, but teabags and instant coffee is. Entry is via a keysafe for which a code will be supplied when booking iOS confirmed.

We are perfectly situated for a half way stop over when travelling between the south of England and Scotland, 5 minutes from the A1.
