Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Hamlin Lake

We loved staying here! The place was cozy and peaceful and we felt at home right away. The area was quiet with very few neighbors. Sarah thought of everything, including food/water bowls and treats for our pup! The highlight was the fully stocked kitchen - we cooked most meals during our stay and whenever we realized we forgot something, it seemed to magically appear in a kitchen drawer. We would love to return next time we take a trip to the area!

What more can I say than a great stay. Rebecca was responsive as needed, the hospitality was warming, the house was beautiful, literally no complaints. For the second time being here, I will definitely be coming back!!

My husband and I had a great time! Loved that everything was within walking distance. We took a lot the recommendations of where to eat and visit and enjoyed every one of them! The hot tub and fire pit were great! Would highly recommend!

We had a great time at Kelly’s Lake Michigan home. Beautiful view from the back deck great for watching sunsets. We brought our pup and she had a blast lounging by the fire place. Kelly even provided dog waste bags and food and water bowls. Our 2 year old nephew was also excited to find children’s books and toys to play with. One of the best equipped Airbnb kitchens I have experienced in a while allowed us to good up family dinners without having to drive into town to eat. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Silver Lake!

Enjoyed our stay. In town for daughter’s wedding reception at Lincoln Hills. House worked great. Easy to get in. Nice fence in yard for our dog. Walked bike trails close by. Loved the easy check out. Forgot a toothbrush and they had one for me. I would stay again

We had a very short stay here but it was great! The cabin was very clean and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

What's so cool about this place is how flexible it is. I could bring my friends here for an adult weekend and never run out of things to do, or I could bring my toddler here and (with a baby gate over the stairs) she'd be safe with tons to do. I have to echo what all the other reviews say: the place was spotless and super welcoming, peaceful and private, fantastic amenities all in perfect condition, with tons to do in the house and in the surrounding areas. The host was wonderful, proactive and helpful and friendly and engaged. Every inch of the place shows her thoughtfulness, from the tasteful decor to the light bulbs with hue tuned to each space. All in all: perfect. I can't wait to come back again and again.

This place was so relaxing and comfortable for a stay with friends. The amenities included such as the grill and hot tub made it perfect. Very secluded and surrounded by nature, we saw many deer and birds during our stay. The only changes I’d ask for is bigger bunk beds that can also accommodate adults, and mosquito repelling/killing devices since they were so bad night and day. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I enjoyed this visit as much as the first. Extremely friendly hosts, beautiful surroundings, quiet and peaceful. Exactly what I was looking for. I will stay again for sure.

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

We had a great time, definitely a cozy stay, enjoyed the paddleboat, our kids lived being on the lake as well. we recommend this guest suite and look forward to staying again!

We enjoyed our stay at Andrew's and didn't want to leave. It was very clean, easy to check in, and exactly what we needed after spending the day at Sleeping Bear Dunes. The continental breakfast that was available was one of the best parts and it really made it easy for us to relax the night before and not worry about breakfast. We definitely want to come back and stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Daphne & Will's gorgeous home. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement – their space was filled with tasteful decorations, thoughtful touches, and high-quality finishes and furnishings. There was no way we could use every amenity available on a short 3-day stay, but that's all the more reason to come back and enjoy the space again sometime in the future. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, view of the trees and lake, and comfy sofa – perfect for a relaxing trip. Will and Daphne struck the perfect balance of responsiveness, giving space, and friendliness. Airbnb perfection.

Our stay was fantastic! It's exactly as described and Jodi has thought of everything in terms of needs. The cabin was so cozy and functional for our family and dog. The bunk house was perfect for our three teens and they had the best time kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming. After a day on the water, we enjoyed a picnic and campfire each night. Jodi's recommendations were so helpful. Don't miss the homemade meals at "Hit the Road Joe's."

Absolute 10/10 spot if you love riding ORV’s! We spent all weekend riding the trails and relaxing by the fire! The trailheads are right across the driveway which is so perfect! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your peaceful A-frame, Randi! We will be back soon!

We loved the property of this cabin. It was beautiful and well maintained. The river was one of my favorite spots to read or have my morning coffee. There were many perks and amenities to this place that weren't listed online, like hammocks, campfire pokers, blow-dryer, yard games, fire pit, folding chairs, plastic storage containers, etc. And I loved all the buffalo plaid decor all around. The signs and decor were really nice too, So much to look at. My family had plenty of room inside the cabin to sleep and have their own space. There was also lots of outdoor seating and space outside on the property to come together for dinner or games. Nina was very responsive and gave clear instructions for entering and leaving the property. She was polite and made our stay pleasant. We would stay at this property again.

It was a wonderful experience. A nice place to get away and explore something new.

Nice cabin in the woods. Hot tub works but could use a new control panel. Inside is what we expected and more. Comfy beds. two fire pits outside. if you have small kids like us be aware there is a steep drop around one side and partly behind the cabin thats pretty close to fire pit. If i decide to stay near baldwin or go hunting the state game area i will deffinitly be back here. not the cleanist place but for the price im not even gonna conplain. wasnt terrible but could have been dusted and swept up a little more. i just grabbed the broom in the bathroom and used the shark vaccum on arrival and when we left. its not nasty dirty so dont take me the wrong way. for the price conpared to similar cabins and what we got out of it i feel its worth it by a long shot. Shelby has great communication. Thank you!
