Adorable newly remodeled house one block away from charming downtown Hamilton and only few min from Spooky Nook Sports Complex. This small community is the perfect mid western staycation destination with a bundle of cute small businesses within walking/biking distance. House offers super comfy new furniture and all the amenities to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Perfect for any group combination of friends or family, set up to accommodate children, no pets. Off street parking available.

The Milk House

Former farmhand apartment above the old milking parlor has been renovated into a relaxing retreat on decommissioned dairy farm. Rental includes 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with full kitchen and a convertible couch. While the dairy cattle have left, a few animals remain on the farm, including donkeys, alpacas, sheep, dogs, and cats. Furnace is an outdoor wood burning, we maintain daily in winter. From the small balcony of the rental, you are able to see open views of the surrounding fields.
