We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Beautiful views everywhere you look. **Please note: There is no smoking allowed anywhere on our property

Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

Lincoln Block House is a beautiful, comfortable cabinish home in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We are a day trip away from the Oregon Coast, the mountains or the city. We are in SW Albany so super easy to get onto Highway 34 and get yourselves to OSU campus. We are also 45 mins away from U of O Campus.
