Our Area:
Please note that our Airbnb is located in a culturally rich neighborhood with a vibrant Muslim community. As part of the local experience, you may hear the call to prayer from nearby mosques. While this can be quite loud, it is a cherished tradition for the locals and contributes to the area’s unique atmosphere. We encourage you to embrace this cultural aspect of the neighborhood, which adds to the authenticity of your stay. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!
Parking:
Option 1: Secured parking (recommended for overnight use)
We can assist with secured parking located directly across the road, approximately 30 meters from the main building.
NOTE: DO LET KNOW PRIOR TO CHECK-IN IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION
* Available daily from 18:00 to 07:30
* Free of charge during these hours
* Please note that vehicles must be removed by 07:30 each morning
Option 2: Street parking
Street parking is also available nearby. While it is generally safe and there is security patrolling the area, it is not secured parking.
NOTE: We understand that the time restriction on the secured parking may be slightly inconvenient, but it is a good option for overnight parking if you prefer added peace of kind
Cleaning:
We offer cleaning services for weekly stays.
Bedroom:
The unit is best suited for 3 guests, however, may accommodate up to 4 guests, if guests are willing to share a small space. There's a queen bed with king-sized bedding available for 2 guests, and a single fold-out sleeper mattress with bedding for a third guest.
Bathroom:
The bathroom shower is comfortable and is supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to comfortably make meals or even bake. There are also some basic condiments such as coffee, tea, milk, sugar, cereal and rusks.
Dining area:
The dining table is set with all the crockery and cutlery you'll need. The chairs are comfortable and the table is large enough for it to seat four comfortably.
Workspace:
The spacious oversized workspace in the bedroom is perfect for unleashing your creativity and tackling your projects, providing an inspiring environment where ideas can flourish.
Private Patio:
The private patio features elegant outdoor seating and a charming table, creating an idyllic setting for enjoying delightful summer breakfasts or savoring the enchanting twilight as it casts a magical glow over Observatory.
Smart Tech:
The unit is equipped with a Smart TV, which includes access to Netflix.
The lounge has a Smart Speaker and Smart Light. Use the Smart Speaker to play your favorite music, set alarms and reminders, or even ask GoogIe some questions.

⚡ Mindful Utility Use
Your nightly rate includes the following generous daily utility allowances:
Electricity: 25 kWh per day (increased to 32.5 kWh per day from May to August)
Water: 120 litres per person, per day
LPG Gas: 0.5 kg per person, per day (for gas-equipped units)
We kindly ask that heaters, air conditioners and lights are switched off whenever you leave the unit. This helps us use electricity responsibly and reduce unnecessary waste. Any usage above the fair-use allowance will be calculated using the meter readings and billed upon checkout.
🧹 Mid-Stay Housekeeping (Stays of 14+ Nights)
For longer stays, complimentary mid-stay housekeeping is included to help keep your space clean and comfortable:
Stays of 14–19 days: Includes one mid-stay clean.
Stays of 20+ days: Includes one mid-stay clean every 10 days.
Linen & Towels: Extra towels will be provided at check-in. In units with washing machines, guests are welcome to use the in-unit laundry facilities, with full linen changes by our housekeeping team beginning from the second clean. For units without washing machines, towel washing will be included from the first clean.
