Absolutely exceptional stay—better than expected in every way! This Airbnb was a hidden gem. Tucked away in a super private location with breathtaking views of the Cooley Mountains, it offered the perfect mix of tranquility and comfort. From the moment we arrived, thoughtful touches made us feel right at home—everything was clearly designed with care. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms felt like something out of a wonderful hotel. The kitchen was fully equipped with every appliance and utensil we could possibly need, making meals a breeze. The sauna was a wonderful bonus, and the abundance of windows and skylights filled the space with natural light and let the views pour in. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommended—this place is a standout!

Fíonne was such a friendly and welcoming host! I was getting around by public transport during my trip and she provided me with very detailed instructions for how to reach her place by the local bus from Dundalk. Once I arrived, she sat down with me to show me on the map all the great options for things to do and see. I went on some beautiful walks in the area and enjoyed her café recommendations. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and quiet, with a beautiful green view with neighboring horses. Perfect for curling up on the couch with a book on a rainy morning. The double bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend Fíonne's place and hope to visit again soon!

Thanks Brigitte for a fantastic stay in your granny flat. It was perfect! I really enjoyed my time there. It was extremely comfortable, warm & well equipped for my week there. I felt very safe and right at home. Thanks too for the food & drinks you left on my arrival. What an unexpected surprise. It meant I could relax as soon as I walked in, without having to rush out to buy supplies. Very thoughtful of you. I would highly recommend Brigitte's place and plan to return one day. Clean and comfortable, and Shauna is friendly and helpful. Great to have an easily adjusted shower - no scalding, no freezing, perfect water pressure. Large bed and bedroom, separate TV room with microwave, toaster, fridge etc. House in beautiful area, shop, takeaway and pub a few minutes drive down hill. Hope to stay here again!
