Vacation rentals with lake access in Gyldenpris

Our family had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the beautiful views. Jan-Fredrik and Margrethe were lovely hosts, who also gave us a heads up about a holiday during our stay with potential restaurant and store closures so that we could prepare. Thank you again for having us!

It's close to airport, quite place

Great location for this beautiful house, perfectly as described and as shown in the photos. Anders was very friendly, proactive and responsive by messaging. Small touches were waiting for us upon arrival, and the living room was very nicely decorated for Christmas. The 40-degree Jacuzzi facing the fjord is a must! Only one slight downside on the cleanliness of the kitchen which was good but not impeccable. A very nice place to recommend without hesitation. Thanks again for a wonderful Christmas in Bergen.

Beautiful log home and a wonderful Nordic experience staying in one of the most picturesque and beautiful place just outside Bergen! The house is well equipped, and has everything you need to make you feel at home .. our family loved the experience and will definitely return if we are in the area again!

Beautiful spot with small private beach! Excellent views of the water from all rooms. Private and quite, great for the kids and a good spot for excursions to bergen and the fjords

This place is extraordinary. We felt right at home at Stina’s house and enjoyed the quiet, beautiful surroundings. Its location makes it great to enjoy both outdoor acitivities and Bergen, since it’s easy to reach by car. We absolutely loved it and it was hard to leave.

Spacious house with great views

The house is equipped with everything to cater for yourself. The location of the house convinces with extreme tranquility, as you rarely find. It is very interesting to observe the animals in their natural environment. Nearby are two excellent hiking trails that bring the beauty of Norway closer. To unwind, the house and its location are just the right thing. It was a nice time, also thanks to the good weather.

We spent a weekend at the apartment and felt very comfortable there :) The flat was very clean, the interior very cozy and the kitchen had everything you might need. In the bedrooms the blinds make it very dark at night, which is very helpful in the summer. We also really appreciated the calm surroundings, perfect for hiking!

What a fabulous central location. Apartment exactly as described…really comfortable and cosy. We slept really well. Good WiFi and well stocked with books & games. We mostly ate out but kitchen is well stocked. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very friendly and fluid communication with Glenn, always available. Very well-equipped accommodation with an amazing view of the fjord. Glenn provided us with a canoe. A great time.

We loved staying here! Its such a cute place and the street is so charming and beautiful, feels very private but is also walkable. The interior is very nicely furnished and designed and made for a very cozy place to rest and enjoy looking out the windows at the surrounding rooftops. Highly recommend!

A lovely and well equipped apartment to come home to after a day exploring the area and Bergen. The cute cups and vases with flowers, so thoughtful! We felt very much at home; the kitchen is able to cook very fully and nicely. Thank you Anders and Anne for hospitality!

The house was well located, in a quiet area on the outskirts of Bergen and had a stunning view over the fjord. It was also very well equipped, with all the accessories we needed. Overall we had a great stay at Arne's house

Nice quiet place by the water.

Ok: if you're into resting & doing some work at a peaceful location then this is it! Cozy, warm, everything works. (If you're there to have a party, then stay far far away from it - the place is calm and peaceful and doesn't need you turning on your lousy, cheap JBL and howling towards the mountains "how amazing you are for existing" ) Anyhow :D , it's one of the pearls of planet: no tourism - just natural beauty and being. If you haven't had a farm-/summerhouse, you might be a bit "stuck up", how everything isn't entirely spot clean or new, but for humans, it's a sincere, cozy place that has been treated with respect - and you should too ! ;) I'll bring my stingy attitude (because I really enjoyed it and wish it lasted for decades) a bit more down and say: go and have a great time! It's a real experience (especially if you're from a flat land)! :)

We had a great stay despite the rain, the house was lovely and cosy. The boys loved being near the fjord and beach. The sauna unexpected extra. Sverre was easy to contact and friendly. The whole experience was super laidback. Thank goodness the sun came out for our last couple of days.

Very nice old small house in rural surroundings. Ok equipped kitchen, comfortable and new bathroom. Sound between rooms/floors. Nice garden and patio. Very clean and tidy.

The house is incredibly beautiful and we would have liked to have spent more time in it. And the surroundings are just great. Johanne and Ingvald are very nice hosts and gave us good tips for the area. We will be happy to come back!
