Come and enjoy the Montpellier hinterland in this cozy and quiet accommodation. The 57 m2 villa is independent and surrounded by a private garden with furnished terraces and jacuzzi. It is composed of a large living room , an equipped kitchen and a large bedroom (160 bed) with dressing room and bathroom with a walk-in shower. You will also have access to a beautiful swimming pool available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and its warm patio.

Just 20 minutes from Montpellier, the Figaret cottage is a stopover in the countryside, ideally located, between the Pic St Loup and the sea. The Camargue is 45 minutes away. The private apartment with direct access to a terrace is on the ground floor of a beautiful stone building dating back in part to the 12th century. We live on the floor just above and will therefore be very available to welcome you, discuss good local tips or introduce you to our wine business.

With an area of 70 m² and completely renovated, it includes: - a living room/equipped kitchen, - a bathroom, - 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, - 1 bedroom with 2 single 90 cm beds (which can be combined to make a large double bed), - 1 small bedroom with a 90 cm single bed. Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of park and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Ideal place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.
