Simonetta's house is very welcoming, clean and tidy. It is in a quiet area, where there is still a small shopping center and the bus stop. We had a great time at this Airbnb ☺️

Great, quiet spot. In a funny spot between a major road (which you cannot hear) and the ancient aqueduct so you need to walk 5-10 mins for public transport or busy commercial area, otherwise great accomodation!

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Firstly, the host was super accommodating and I really appreciated that. The property is in a quiet location, and was ideal to explore less touristic (but more authentic) surroundings with a car or explore beautiful Gerano on foot. Worked there for 1 week - internet was good and stable. Property was clean, bed was comfy, we didnt miss anything, there was nothing we didnt like. All was great!

I would recommend staying. It is a quick walk into Tivoli where there a lots of lovely Restaurants, Gardens & Walks

We really enjoyed our stay at David's home. It was centrally located to our planned activities and pretty private. A few things came up but the hosts were very responsive. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, practical, very clean. Top condominium, everything perfect! Full kitchen, with many breakfast items. Private parking, with security. The host Andrea is very kind and attentive. We can recommend this space with great conviction! Grazie per tutti!!!

There are not enough words in the English language to describe these beautiful people,their apartment and Tivoli. Armando and Alessandro are two of the most caring people you will ever find.We did not expect what they did for us and we feel like we have made special friends for life!I proposed to my gf on the terrace 14/06/25 and they set up the most beautiful scene you will ever find.Armando exchanged so many messages in the months leading up to our stay,sent pics for me to approve and went above and beyond of what you would expect from an AirBNB host. The apartment was so clean,spotless and beautifully decorated and furnished. View from the terrace(x2) and master bedroom are out of this world.The waterfall can be heard also which is so peaceful.I would need another 10,000 words to truly describe these people and their place but limited to 1000.If you are going to Tivoli book here.There is no place on earth to match it.Thank you both we send our love and will 100% return some day ♥️

Very cozy, clean, well-furnished and equipped accommodation. It is located in a quiet residential area. Not far away there are supermarkets, pizzerias, clubs, the Talenti market open every morning until 2:00 p.m. where you can buy fruit, vegetables, deli products, and much more. I was in the car and to go to the center of Rome I left it at the Rebibbia parking lot from where the subway line B starts. Chiara was very helpful and efficient. I felt right at home.

Andrea's apartment is very welcoming, tastefully furnished and full of interesting solutions. In the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Gregorian park and a stone's throw from Villa d'Este. Despite being so central, it is very quiet. In addition, Andrea welcomed us in person with great kindness, which is always a pleasure

Great accommodation with parking space available in a lively city with lots of restaurants. We stayed there to visit Rome, and it is easily accessible by train. The check-in details provided by Veronica were clear. In addition, Veronica is super responsive to messages and recommended great restaurants.

If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would! Loredana & Renato were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome — giving us a warm check-in, showing us around the apartment, and sharing plenty of helpful tips to get around Rome like a local. Their hospitality and kindness made a real difference in our stay. The apartment itself is a gem — cozy, thoughtfully designed, and beautifully decorated with an eye for detail. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to smart layout and calming colors that make you feel instantly at home. The location is just perfect — in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with a metro station only 7 minutes walk away. Within 20 minutes, you're standing right in front of the Colosseum! Many other iconic attractions are also easily reachable, making it a great base to explore Rome. We had a wonderful experience and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend this place.

Daniela was very helpful with all our requests. Me, my wife and 2 of our friends stayed 4 days, we immediately felt right at home, Daniela welcomed us in person, fully meeting our expectations. There are family restaurants and a supermarket in the area. For transfers, we used the bus and metro without any problems. There is a dedicated parking space in the courtyard. Recommended.

I would recommend this place because it's spacious . The outdoor courtyards are relaxing, the indoor spaces are large and comfortable, there are two full bathrooms, everything you need to prepare meals, in short, everything is perfect!

We loved our stay in Marco’s place , beautiful view from the apartment & he was a wonderful host to us . He alerted us that the pope would be around and we got to see him . Beautiful apartment and very clean , had everything we needed , grocery store within walking and close to shops and restaurants. We wish we could have stayed longer .

Cristiano was an amazing communicator. He gave us thorough check in instructions and also tips for Rome. We stayed in 8 cities all throughout Italy and this was my favorite! So clean and cozy. I loved the bedding and cute kitchen. Cristiano left wine, biscuits, and tea for us!

Really nice little apartment with everything you need. Location is a bit far from centre but with scooters its about 20-30mins. Overall we liked it very much.
