Paolo is a great host! Our party arrived at different times and he made sure we all got in to the apartment without issues. The apartment itself is exactly as described and in a great location, within a 5 to 10 minute walk to Trastevere, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo Fiori, and many other sites, and within a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum area. Being so centrally located we were able to walk practicality everywhere we wanted to go. Great location and great host.

Sonia is the best! She is incredibly considerate and kind, and the information she provided was extremely helpful. Her recommendations for restaurants and the ice cream place were spot-on, and the nearby taxi station was very convenient. The apartment itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic location—easy to access many attractions. Before heading to the airport, I spent 30 minutes on the flower balcony - perfectly wrapped up my wonderful trip to Rome. Highly recommend staying here!

Christian was a very kind host and gave us lots of local recommendations for our first stay in Rome. Christian’s home was in a very location and walkable to all tourist sights. Christian was very accommodating and let us check-in early. Very convenient that there was an elevator up to his floor.

Beautiful and charming space! We appreciated the welcome drinks. The laundry room is right next door and it was convenient to be able to wash clothes. The elevator is nice if you are traveling with luggage too. The building is very quiet and safe. The place had a ton of room for 3 people. The book of instructions and recommendations for restaurants was so helpful and we enjoyed them! Showers were hot for 3 people. Wonderful stay with shopping and restaurants near by. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Rome — the location is truly unbeatable, with stunning views overlooking the Colosseum! Waking up to that sight every morning was such a treat. Elena and Barbara were fantastic hosts — super friendly, responsive, and helpful. They shared some excellent local recommendations that really added to our experience and helped us discover a few hidden gems we might have missed otherwise. Even though we didn’t need anything during our stay, it was so reassuring to know they were just a message away. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and a perfect home base for exploring the city. One of our favorite moments was sitting on the balcony at night, sipping a glass of wine and listening to the wonderful music drifting up from the street below — absolutely magical. Clean and it was clear what to expect.

Serena was wonderful! I can’t recommend her place enough! It was in a great location and was a beautiful apartment. Extremely clean! We love to go to the grocery stores while traveling a cooking a few times at home, so we really appreciated the cooking utensils and kitchen supplies, especially coffee! Serena was a great host and had many recommendations and made us feel like we were staying at a friend’s place not a strangers. We would love to come back ❤️

We feel at home! The apartment was exactly like the one described, as well as very smelling right when we opened the door! We have utensils necessary for all meals, we are able to prepare our breakfast every day and even dinner. A great location, a quiet spot near the metro station. Not to mention that Francesco was an excellent host, responding super fast, gave us several tips on where to go and what to eat and was always willing to help!

Aside from the fact that the apartment is spacious, comfortable, well organized and immaculately clean - Domus La Conca is very stylish and you feel right at home straight away. The area is convenient and you will find Monte Sacro to be a very authentic and peaceful stay in Rome away from the busyness of the city centre. The big balcony is magnificent perk where you can spend the whole day soaking up the sun and sipping espressos. Finally Alberto and Cinzia are both extremely professional, hospitable and kind making the stay smooth from start to finish. I genuinely can not recommend staying in this beautiful flat enough and are hoping to be back myself in the future!

The property was exactly as described. The front room faces the street and was loud with street noise but that diminished greatly. The bedroom was ultra quiet. Great location for walking the city. Lucia is an awesome host and helped make it easy for us. Highly recommend.

a great apartement for staying in Rome. The location accesible by metro and bus. the nearest metro stop is Libia, just 15-20 minutes from Colosseum metro stop. Simone provide us with complimentary coffee (with dolce gusto machine), sweet, bread rusk and croissant, thanks. He also give quick response if we have questions and need help.

Very nice, well-equipped, clean and spacious apartment, with air conditioning, coffee machine and washing machine that were useful to us. The location allows you to reach the center of Rome in about thirty minutes. Allow a little less than an hour for the Vatican or neighborhoods on the other side of the city. Perfect for our stay:)

The apartment was in a very nice neighborhood with many small nice restaurants and bars. Within walking distance. It was about 1 km to the Spanish stairs, but it was a quick walk. The place was perfect for two adults and one child. Thai massage, pedicure, shopping and restaurants, all right around the corner. Just perfect for a short trip to Rome.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

I cannot recommend this Iris and her airbnb enough! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly think of. This was our favorite place to stay out of the few airbnbs we did on the trip and if I could do it all over again I would choose Iris' airbnb for the entire trip. She was also super responsive, helpful, and gave clear instructions with the self check in. Great host! Great place!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were kind and responsive. We asked them about dropping off our bags prior to check-in, and they actually had the house ready early and allowed us to check in a few hours early. The house was clean and had exceptional amenities, even coffee and tea, shower soaps, and umbrellas to borrow. The house was comfortable, and the air-conditioning was a wonderful relief from the summer heat. Unfortunately, the metro line running to the Gardenie stop was down for much of our stay due to work on the metro. However, there were several other public transportation options to reach the center of Rome. The area was quiet and much less busy than the center of the city. Overall, we had an incredible stay and would recommend this Airbnb!

Perfect place to stay in Rome. Easy to get around, great restaurants around. Not close to the centre but it is easy to get their via public transportation. Having the beautiful terrace is definitely a plus!
