I stayed with my partner and our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter for a long weekend at Cristy's house. We had a great time, the house is very clean, tidy and super fragrant! With the outdoor pool, it gave us a truly relaxing break. The owners were always kind and helpful, welcoming us and always answering our questions. A short distance away, you can easily reach restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommend!!!

We had the pleasure of staying in this truly enchanting villa. The property is well-kept in every detail, immersed in a quiet and relaxing setting. We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

Cosy apartment with real fire

We stayed in the villa as a group of six after our city trip to Rome, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything was. The host exceeded all expectations—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. We even received welcome drinks and some ingredients to cook pasta, which was a lovely touch. The villa was spotless and fully equipped. It had a large pool in the front and a smaller one with a whirlpool in the back—perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in the city. The host also allowed us a late check-out, as our flight was in the evening, and even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. The service, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We would 100% recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

A little paradise on earth. We really had an amazing stay in Giorgia's outbuilding. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, lost in the middle of nature just 30 minutes from Rome, this is the place for you. The view and the private pool complete the charm of a clean and well-equipped cottage. If in addition to that you are animal lovers, you will be really satisfied with cats as cute as they are affectionate, a donkey, a horse and dogs that make the experience even more unforgettable. We'll be back for sure!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Wow wow wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in Letizia’s apartment for a few days and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Coming from busy Rome, this was the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The village and scenery, were stunning, just so so beautiful. Our favourite part of the day was sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with most amazing view. There’s a small beach with a pontoon a small walk away, great for swimming. Cute cafe/restaurant around the corner, great for coffee or a casual lunch/dinner. We rented a car for our time here (an absolute must in my opinion). The village has a small shop but you would need to travel to a supermarket to eat properly. Absolutely recommend this place, Letizia was also very helpful and accommodating.

Such a gem of a place! Location is not too far; accessible by metro and taxi. The host was fantastic. Loved the place and totally worth it!

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Beautiful city and beautiful apartment. Definitely a respite from Rome. The house is really very cozy, super equipped and comfortable. It's not the typical apartment Airbnb cold and sin alma. Paola and her husband very nice and attentive, I hope to be back soon!

This was a beautiful little apartment. Everything was perfectly decorated and spotless. We had some trouble with traffic and other delays and the hosts were amazing. They relieved a lot of stress, waited for us to arrive, warmly welcomed us into their home…. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Francesca and Emanuel's house is fantastic, very clean,located in a very quiet place,and with a beautiful large garden,with olive trees and flowers,completely fenced, which is very appreciated by those who travel with dogs,like us,happy for them,relax us !!! The house is well organized, it has everything you could want and even more,like,the electric broom,very useful !! Many small precautions from hosts, who immediately give a smile, (breakfast products, coffee capsules, single use x shower bags), are cuddly, really appreciated!! Close to the house,with just a few minutes by car,an endless tide of beautiful things to see. Another thing,very important,in the bed,you sleep 100 !!!!!! The host,Emanuel,friendly and always available !!! Highly recommend to everyone,this house is really perfect ! P.S. We always had lunch outside,on the table in front of the house, with the birds........

We only stayed one day in Sara's house, but we immediately felt at home and were welcomed with great kindness.

My mom stayed in Gabriele's apartment for 12 days. We couldn't have asked for more. The apartment has just been completely renovated. Very bright and beautifully furnished. Equipped with a terrace with a wonderful view of the Roman aqueducts. The very clean house is equipped with all comforts. The owners were simply delightful, always available and kind. I recommend everyone to stay in this apartment! We'll be back in the fall!
