Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Saverio was super friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 1 night as a stop over on our road trip. He was very responsive and happy to answer any questions we had- even ones unrelated to our stay about the road rules in Italy. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. He left us water, milk and snacks for the morning which was a kind gesture. This felt more like a hotel stay than an air b n b. We checked in late and checked out early and saverio was happy to accommodate this. Only wish we had more time here. Thanks for our stay!

Elisabetta’s Loggia was wonderful! Full of light, lots of space to spread out, clean and very comfortable. My husband and I stayed over a week and our host was one of our best and this Airbnb ranks as one of our best also! We felt at home there and will not think twice about returning! Orvieto is a wonderful place of beauty and discoveries. We will never forget Elisabetta, her home, or this amazing city!!!

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Ilonka & Rob were wonderful hosts & the house was stellar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was incredibly quiet & peaceful - away from the hustle & bustle yet close enough to enjoy several surrounding towns & villages as day trips or for evening dinners. Their home is charming, super clean, & stocked with everything we could possibly need. They even shared fresh fruits & vegetables from their personal garden which we incorporated into our meals when we cooked at home. We enjoyed some nice walks through the mountainside which offer beautiful views & solitude. (Thanks to our hosts for recommending!) We hope to be back when it is cooler - but we did enjoy the pool during the hot afternoons. Until then, we are grateful to have found this gem & for the kindness extended to us by Ilonka & Rob. They answered all our questions, provided helpful recommendations, & were generous with their time - available when needed & happy to socialize but always respecting guest privacy.

What an amazing and unique place to stay! Somehow when we reserved this, we did not have in our imagination that we would be staying in a beautiful piece of history that has been incorporated into modern life wonderfully. A fantastic surprise to look out the window at the campanile so close, or step into the next room into a roman cave beautifully appointed. And Anna Rita is gracious & warm. We knew without a doubt that if we needed anything she would want to help. I highly recommend this location for you to discover & experience Assisi!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fell in love with Assisi. Very helpful and responsive host. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. The illy coffee was a nice touch. Wish we had stayed longer in this charming place. We hope to visit again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Marco, Marco and Michele's apartment. Great location, a sweet little garden with beautiful views of the city, super responsive hosts and extremely easy check in and check out. Would highly recommend!

One of the loveliest AirBnBs I've ever stayed in. The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean, full of art and very comfortable, and equipped with absolutely everything you could need. It's perfectly situated for a visit to Perugia - very close to the centre and very easy to get to from the main bus station. Patricia is the most thoughtful host - a bottle of wine and a (very welcome!) platter of meat and cheese was there on arrival, and she was wonderful in checking in that all was OK and in communicating throughout. One of those places it is hard to leave!

The apartment has everything you needed, both physically and mentally. It was a total pleasure and relief staying in Casa Teatro, especially in the middle of the travel in Italy. The apartment itself is a spotlight of Orvieto plus the location is within the walking distance to all the major sightseeing places and restaurants. Achim is a 5 star host that always there to help addressing your needs. Highly recommended! And I hope we will have chance to come back.

Absolutely stunning place. Squeaky clean. Every little detail makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. It’s where old world charm meets comfort. The view was one of the most beautiful that we experienced throughout our stay in Italy. An expansive green valley filled with the sounds of tweeting birds and horses far away in the distance. The bed was high quality and incredibly comfortable, offering a sound nights sleep. Looking forward to returning to this lovely place.

Giacomo is above and beyond the perfect host, and his apartment was exquisite. It was spacious, beautifully designed, had absolutely everything a visitor could need, and It was immaculate. The location could not have been better. It was just a few minutes walk to the Centro Storico with great restaurants and a phenomenal art museum. We loved Viale Indipendenza, and both in the morning and at night we stood there and looked out over Perugia and to the mountains. The sunsets were exquisite. Thank you, Giacomo, for every way you helped us have a great first visit to Perugia.

The apartment was updated with a spectacular shower. The location was perfect; just up the hill from the Basilica of St. Francis. The apartment was very quiet with cool air conditioning, which was very appreciated after walking the hills of Assisi. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here but mainly to Barbara. She was always available to me and helped me with some questions ! It was an easy location to the rest of Citta di Castello and walkable to anywhere I needed to go. I would recommend this space to any traveller who wants an easy place to stay in Umbria. It is central to many towns in the area.

This is a beautiful apartment. It is in pristine condition. It is spotless and smells beautiful. Everything is new. All the windows are double glazed with mosquito netting. Air conditioning is very good. There is an air con unit in the bedroom and kitchen. All the appliances worked. It is set on a steep hill so if you are a little unsteady on your feet care is needed but once you are up or down the incline the rest of Orvieto is flat and walkable. The reserved parking place in the car park is not in numerical order so it took a while to locate it. Also do stick to the right hand lane when entering the car park as instructed. It really is such a beautiful town, particularly at night when it is very atmospheric. The Duomo is stunning. Ate at Le Cocco and Osteria Mama Angela. Both good meals. Simona has thought really hard about kitting the apartment out. There is everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay.

Manuela is a wonderful, polite and friendly host, and her holiday home is one of the most beautiful and romantic places we've ever stayed. Every space in the house is full of charm, and the terrace overlooking the paradise views is a place of calm and peace. We were lucky enough to wake up to birdsong and the singing of nuns in a local church. The whole town of Spello is beautiful, and the people are so friendly. Thank you so much to Manuela for being the best host we've ever had! I can't recommend this place enough.

Lovely apartment in a nice but quiet area right in the center of Umbertide. The train passes by the apartment but it doesn't really bother. Everything is very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures and Maria Isabella is quick in responding. Would have loved a bit more initiative (asking if everything is ok for example) but that is just a detail and overall we were very happy. Would definitely stay there again!
