Vacation rentals with beach access in Guaecá

We stayed as a couple with two children for a weekend. The location is very good. Right in front of the beach, there is a market, and restaurants nearby. Parking is a plus, because the area is bad for parking. You can do everything on foot. The host is very responsive, and responds quickly. The house is comfortable and has air conditioning and all necessary kitchen utensils. Great cost-benefit option. We loved it.

What a happiness it was to host us in this space! The Witch beach is so close to the beach to consider backyard. Beautiful, clean and organized space. Nina was extremely receptive and helped us in everything, including the establishment indications we needed. We were also well received by Shakira kitty, the company was great in the days we stayed there! We hope to return soon.

I really liked the place, very good and organized structure. Excellent breakfast with options for those who eat or do not eat dairy products, which helped me a lot because I am allergic. Great market inside the space, the pool and the beach in front is very private. I recommend it

Quiet place for a couple, especially if you prioritize having the main meals outside. Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, but it only has a small pot. Only point of attention for those that likes to organize meals. My fiancé and I worked from there and we had no problems with the stability of the internet. Easy to get around by car. Right in the middle of the north and south zone making it easy to get to know different beaches. Local was well cleaned. I recommend and would go again.

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We didn't suffer with late-night street sweepers or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very easy to leave them there while we went for a walk. Katya was flexible with check-out time, which allowed us to enjoy our last day more. I highly recommend it.

Great space, with everything we needed to spend a few days, as well as being extremely close to the beach (for walking). Marcos was great, always responded to us quickly and was available for what we needed. The only point is that the kitchen is partially open, and for those who want more privacy, you can lose a bit in this environment.

I loved the apartment, very well equipped and the view is wonderful. Adriana is very friendly and attentive, we had an issue at check-in (at 2 a.m.), and she responded promptly, helping. I will definitely return more often and highly recommend it.

Wonderful place, even better than in the photos. One of the best apartments I've ever stayed in in Tabatinga. Friendly hostess and always willing to help with any questions. I highly recommend it for a couple looking for a different beach experience.

The stay and experience were excellent from start to finish. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place (sleeping and being with the sound of the waterfall next door was simply wonderful!), the concept of the house, the amenities and the comfort deserve to be highlighted. I would like to highlight a few points: attention to detail in all aspects, clear and efficient communication, including instructions for accessing and using the house with videos, and a well-equipped kitchen, with enough utensils to prepare great meals. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay and I certainly intend to return soon!

Excellent beach house! Very nice place, comfortable and well-equipped house. Integration of the leisure environment with gourmet, kitchen, swimming pool and living room very good! It is worth paying the extra fee for the linen. We felt at home.

We had a great stay! As soon as we arrived, there was fresh coffee and a delicious cake! Marcio was very attentive and responded very quickly every time I sent a message! The house really is very cozy!! He left nothing to be desired! We look forward to returning soon!

Guaeca Beach is one of the most incredible places on the north coast of São Paulo, and of high standard, located 8k of São Sebastião and neighboring Barequecaba beach (3k) where it has a reasonable infrastructure for small purchases. The property's location, right on the sand, is also privileged. Great choice for family. Quiet beach, shallow and most of the time the waves are small. Ideal for children.

Impeccable house, super equipped and extremely well maintained. 10/10 cleaning by Vilma, a dear and pure sympathy. Excellent cook, she even went to the market for us. The only difference between the listing and what we found is that the rooms with a king-size bed don't have a single bed, but mattresses. So some people ended up sleeping on the floor. Apart from that, nothing but praise. The pool is super heated, the house has a cooler, ice, a cart for transportation to the beach and many chairs. There were 17 of us and there were still chairs left. The stay was very worthwhile, incredible infrastructure

We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven and it is close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the guidelines correctly. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

Our first time at the house and we already know it will be the first of many! Besides being beautiful and looking like a paradise, it's super well structured and clean. Hosts were thoughtful and helpful! Comfortable beds, super complete kitchen… in short, absolutely nothing to point out. Besides the location being great, as we already knew. Quiet beach, calm sea and not much movement, and at the same time safe and close to all the shops you may need :)

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

The space is even better than it looks on the photos. I found it to be more spacious both indoors and in the yard. the backyard wall is also higher than it appears. But what I loved most about the stay were the little details that are not in the listing: very cozy pillows and bedding; wonderful shower; various appliances that are not listed. The owner of the space is unparalleled in her kindness, and responded very promptly to our requests. Next visit to Maresias I will try to rent the space again!

The accommodation is very close to the beach, access is easy and quiet! The house is super cute with beautiful decor, extremely well equipped. The mattresses are great, the sofa opens up providing even more comfort. We found the house exactly as advertised! Sophie responds super fast! We had a perfect stay! ❤️

I was there with 3 friends so we found the perfect appartement for 4 people. The appartement was beautiful and had a perfect location, only 2 minutes walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Eneas gave us some good information about the appartement and how to get in well ahead of the journey and was quickly reachable when we arrived.

Sensational, what a wonderful place, apartment with an impeccable view. Condomínio then does not speak, what a pool!!! I will return more times without a doubt!
