lovely homely cute apartment. Stefano is great to communicate with. I personally didn't need any further help but could tell Stefano would be more than happy to help with anything. It was a perfect spot while walking the via Francigena with plenty of restaurants to choose from on the doorstep.

Consuelo was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. She took the time to show me around the apartment and offered to make me reservations for dinner. The apartment was very comfortable and the record collection is killer! Will definitely book again next time I'm in Nepi.

Leonardo is an impeccable host, we felt at home with the positive qualities of a green setting in which to find peace. We highly recommend it for those looking for a place of relaxation, good taste and beauty. Thank you Leonardo!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough.
