Newly renovated, barbecue & patio, 150 m to sea

The residence is completely newly renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available next to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the stop is just outside. To the sea it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the residence there is a patio with table and chairs and barbecue.

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. Fina promenadvägar i området samt närhet till Lysekil ( 9 km ), ca 3-4 mil återfinns smultronställen såsom Nordens Ark, Kungshamn, Fjälbacka, Smögen.
