These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate rate.

Cabin on the land of the host. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The cottage was completely renovated in 2020 and is about 55 sqm, 50 meters to the sea and nice municipal beach. Fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating. Small living room with Apple TV. It is possible to use a charging pole for an electric car at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. In winter, the floor can drag a little cold, there are slippers to borrow in the cottage. Please read the house rules before booking!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.

The accommodation directly on the Baltic Sea in Njurunda is something very special. Secluded and out of sight, nestled between the sea and a beautiful forest. The sauna is great, the outdoor shower is refreshing. The toilet is modern and hygienic. The friendly host showed us everything extensively and was immediately on hand for minor technical questions. We went hiking in the area every day. The nature there is really breathtakingly beautiful and varied. It really was a great stay.

I‘ve never slept so close to the sea. Awesome! This house is posh and affordable at the same time. I have to come back to stay a bit longer! Try the Restaurant. A bit pricey but definitely worth it.

This home is spacious and offers great at-home dining opportunity - wether it's inside or bbq'ing outside. Perfect for a group of friends/family. My friends and I passed Sundsvall to stay on a Saturday. It was a fight for the Master bedroom but the single beds are also perfectly comfortable. All rooms were clean. In the heart of the house there is a perfect dining table for hosting a feast and you will find anything you need in the kitchen. It's a short drive/fresh 20 minute walk to the centrum. Taxi prices as expected and they found the house easily. It's also a nice walk. Sara was great to communicate with. We were lucky to enjoy a late checkout and was able to enjoy a lazy and sunny morning on the secluded lawn before we reconvened for breakfast in the kitchen and cleanup duty. All you need for cleaning is available and the robot vacuum was very helpful. I wish there was shampoo and conditioner available at this price, but it's a small detail - we most definitely want to stay again✨

What a fantastic place to spend our holidays! The house was very comfortable, the view fantastic, the garden spacious and a good spot for our three kids to play. Gun was so nice to us during our stay, and the environment was so calm and peaceful. She gave us recommendations of things to do and things to eat, and it was a perfect place for us to stay. There were great views with hikes nearby as well as a swimmable beach. We will stay here again if we end up back in the area.
