Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Nice cottage in the heart of the village. It is adjoining my house but you will be completely independent. The terrace is private and reserved for you. From the house you can do everything on foot. The port is a 10-minute walk away. At your disposal is a large living space of 30 m2 downstairs with a bathroom. Upstairs is a triple bedroom. A 160 double bed and a single bed. A large hanging net will welcome you for your naps or to put your children to sleep like in a hammock.

Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Ideally located in the center of the island of Groix, you will enjoy both incredible calm (no road or neighborhood nearby) and the proximity of the village and its shops (1 km) and the coves of the south of the island (1 km). The home was built by us, using natural materials. It is adjacent to the hangar and Julie's herbal tea production garden.
