Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Groix

We had a great time at Claudine's. The house is beautiful and ideally located in a quiet area with beautiful hikes to take from the house. The children particularly loved the net on the top floor of the house, a place to read and rest. The cake that was waiting for us on the table on arrival was appreciated by everyone.

A large modern spacious house in quiet rural setting within a 10 minute walk of a small inlet to the sea. The children, 4 of them loved the garden, play equipment, pool and goats and sheep in the adjoining field. Although the weather was poor there were plenty of tourist attractions in the area and we all had a great holiday. We will be back.

We had a pleasant time in this charming family home. The enclosed and quiet garden is a real asset. We also enjoyed the proximity to the beach and tennis courts. Alexandra is a very friendly and responsive host.

We were received in a very friendly manner. We were very happy about the welcome gift. The house is a pretty little stone house, as is typical with a sweet garden. We didn't use the barbecue area. The operation was described to us in great detail. Thanks for the nice week.

The accommodation is absolutely amazing, tastefully renovated, and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The only problem is that it's on the 4th floor and there's no elevator. For us it wasn't a problem but maybe for others it can be. Otherwise the apartment is great, spacious and functional. They're easy to reach. Great stay, thank you Bernard

We had a pleasant stay, whether for the most pleasant accommodation or for walks between the wild coast and the bay of quiberon. I haven't forgotten the superb waterfront view which alone deserves all the stars.

The accommodation is ideally located and very well-equipped. We had a pleasant stay! Small downside the noise in the evening of the bars(high season) that we hear despite the insulation. But otherwise great

We were delighted with our rental and the discovery of the city and the nearby islands. The house is very spacious, the balconies pleasant. In the evening on the street side, there is entertainment, so noise quite late, even very late. The twin bedroom, the mattresses need to be reviewed. Very beautiful house, large, well arranged and equipped. All recent constructions in the immediate vicinity spoil the environment. Direct access to hiking trails is a plus. 4 days of beautiful weather allowed us to discover the beautiful region and this dream house

The house is pleasant, neat, well designed and perfectly equipped. The extra advantages, the fireplace, the small courtyard at the back and the perspective from the bedroom on the nautical pool as well as the Ria d 'Etel. We had a great time.

Everything was perfect, a clean accommodation where nothing is missing, with neat decor. We immediately feel at ease. Xavier de Groom was also perfect, very friendly, responsive and accommodating. To top it all off, the landscapes and beaches are beautiful. An excellent weekend, we will come back and will not hesitate to call on Groom.

6th stay at Cécile's house. Everyone goes smoothly every time.

Very nice comfortable house for a large family (we were 6 adults and 5 children): everyone had their own bedroom, beautiful TV room and games for children. The garden was also successful for aperitifs, barbecues and relaxation for adults and space for children to run. In short, a magnificent stay! Thank you Murielle

What a lovely place Villa View was. Set in such a perfect location with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Secluded & private with everything you need. Venessa was the perfect host for a flexible check in time, helping us with extras & even giving us treats! The house is very spacious with 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms 3 of which had showers. Great pool, hot tub, sauna & games room. The house is not located in the main villiage, it was around a 7 minute drive, where there was an Intermarche, fuel, patisseries, restuarants etc. A market on Tuesdays too. It was ideally placed to visit towns & villages around with many perfect beaches. There are only 2 things we could see that could improve this lovely house. The showers could benefit from some improvement as the water pressure was weak so showering took longer. Airconditioning would have been nice as it was warm overnight but if you had the windows open the mosquitos came calling. However.....We would highly reccommend this villa & its host!

An absolutely superb place for a family holiday. As a family we’ve enjoyed a number of Airbnb holidays, but this was definitely the best. Geraldine is a brilliant host - warm, friendly & great at communicating. The cottage is out of this world - spacious, full of character, well-equipped & tucked away from the crowds. It feels like a well-loved home rather than a more functional holiday let. The surrounding area has lots to enjoy including the West Wake Park (only about 10/15 mins away plus amazing value for money), the beautiful city of Vannes and of course many gorgeous beaches. Or if you simply want to relax in the spacious garden at the back of the cottage on one of the comfortable loungers, enjoy the sounds of the countryside and recharge your batteries this is the perfect place.

very pleasant stay, very nice house, very well made, we had everything we needed. Highly considerate host. we even had a very nice tree. for my 10-month-old daughter's first Christmas party, that was great. we'll be back for sure. sophia
