Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

Studio 43 Filey

Studio 43 is a modern studio set in the picturesque coastal town of Filey and is also within easy reach of york and many other coastal and country villages and towns. This studio is finished to a very high standard, accommodating up to 4 adults with one off road parking space and plenty of free street parking. The Kitchen/Living area couples with the bedroom where there is a comfortable double bed (sofa bed in the living area). There is a bathroom with basin, towel rail, toilet and shower.

The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. A truly one of a kind hand built, wooden cabin nestled away in the rural area of Grindale. Inside the cabin you will find a hand built bespoke double bed, a log burner, a kitchen area with everything you may need provided. With a kettle, toaster and fridge. Outside you will find a pizza oven with an outside seating area overlooking the pond. Also access to your very own private hot tub. All towels and bedding provided. We do allow one dog. Not suitable for children
