Walking distance from Kingston food hub and the Fyshwick fresh food market, 5 minutes drive to Manuka and parliamentary triangle. Coin-operated laundry in the complex. Guests are provided with a continental breakfast and complementary snacks. One flight of stairs. * Bed, Dinning table and chairs, Kitchenette, balcony. The swimming pool is going through renovations and will be operational by med December.

Guests will have their own entrance that opens up to a sun-filled, modern room-ensuite with a fully equipped private kitchen that overlooks our landscaped courtyard. All amenities in the room are new and please treat this facility as your own. The place is geographically central to all of the Canberra's attractions and most of the Governemt offices, just 10 minutes to the city, Belconnen, Barton, Kingston and Woden. Public transport available from top of the road. Street parking available.

Cosy, peaceful, self contained, new studio is located at the back of a tranquil garden of a private residence. Fully equipped kitchen and furnished courtyard with BBQ. You get a private entrance from your own undercover car spot and fenced yard. 'The Den' is a peaceful , secure little gem. Tucked away and almost out of sight, yet centrally located close to Woden Town Centre, 5 minute walk local shops/cafes, 5 minute drive to the Woden Town Centre. Cannot accommodate children under 2.

Elegant modern 2 bedroom apartment within a 5 minute walk to either the Kingston or Manuka shopping and restaurant precincts. Main bedroom consisting of a very comfortable queen sized bed (noted by guests), with the second bed containing 2 single beds. Portocot available on request free of charge. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There is also a beautiful outdoor pool with BBQ amenities and an indoor pool. There is also free secure parking, Wifi and coffee pod machine for coffee lovers!

Positioned in the tightly held Kingston Terrace, one block from wonderful cafes, restaurants and specialty stores of Kingston town center. You will literally be able to wake up and smell the coffee. This 2 bedroom is ideal for couple's getaway or family. Beds are 1QB and 2SB. There is additional queen-sized sofa bed in the lounge for big family. The space- there are outdoor pool with BBQ facility, tennis court and secured free car park. Manuka, Kingston Foreshore, glasswork etc...around.

Hideaway in Wamboin. 15 minutes to Queanbeyan or Bungendore, close to wineries. Comfortable, private and separate studio unit (donga) with queen bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Tea's and Coffees available. Stargazing on clear nights, peace and quiet. This is a small space that is not suitable for long term rental. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)

Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of my studio separate from the main house. Studio is simply furnished with French doors, solid timber floors, full kitchen, bathroom and storage area. Central location easy walk to Griffith, Manuka and Kingston. Good transport to ANU, Russell and the Parlimentary Triangle. The studio is set to the rear of the property in lush cottage garden with an abundance of fruit, flowers and vegetables.
