Escape from your busy life for an incredible peaceful get-away. This luxury waterfront suite is the perfect place to relax, recharge and reconnect. Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat.

A spacious living area is furnished with two large leather couches and a wooden coffee table. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall. Large windows provide views of the lake, allowing natural light to fill the room. A door opens to the outdoor deck.

We also rent the 2022 South Bay tritoon boat at the dock on-site upon request.
