We had a lovely, weeklong stay. The host was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The home was gorgeous, exactly as pictured. The amenities were superb and perfect for working from home (in the business center). I wish we had gotten more time to use them. The only few things to note, the neighbors are very loud. We could hear them each night, late at night arguing, stomping around, playing music. A previous guest had ruined their laundry door, so that caused a bit of a stir navigating to do laundry. When we arrived, the cleaners hadn’t done a complete job, but we assumed this is because we requested to check in two hours sooner than expected, of which, the host was very accommodating. He provided us with a partial refund for the inconvenience. I would totally stay here again and definitely recommend it for traveling families.

Enjoyed our stay! Townhouse was just as described. Our kiddos loved the daybed and colorful couch downstairs. Community pool was a plus!

This place exceeded our expectations. It’s better than the pictures. Best part of this place is the screened in porch surrounded by forestry. We sat out on the porch each night and had breakfast on it every morning. The place was clean and had all amenities needed for a short or long stay. We asked if she had a pack n play for our infant to stay in and it was all set up when we arrived. I kept saying all weekend how happy I was to have booked here. She was very responsive months before our stay and we had immediate responses during our stay whenever I messaged her.. This place is truly a gem.

I loved Joes place. It is quiet and peaceful, near a lake and you may see some wildlife like deer around his home. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. Joe had a basket of things you may forget to bring on your trip such as deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush and lotion. I needed to stay an extra night and Joe was very accommodating. One thing to note if you need an Uber or Lyft they do not service the area. I had to call a cab to the airport.

Great Airbnb if you’re going to Athens, especially if you have business at the university! The place is very nice and pretty clean. I would stay here again if I were to come back to the area.

The host was responsive, thoughtful, and made check-in a breeze. Whether we were relaxing on the dock, enjoying the fire pit at night, or just unwinding inside, every moment felt like a retreat. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to escape and recharge by the lake!

Dana is an amazing host. This property is truly a hidden gem. To wake up to a lake in the back yard and families of deer strolling through without a care is a welcomed alternative to the hustle and bustle of regular life. I was born and raised in the area and live not to far away; however, we felt we were a world away from home. Dana reached out with so much great information about the house and the area. She knew our names and took care of all logistics for us. The home is gorgeous and spacious and smells amazing. The kitchen stocked well and we were in close proximity to everything. Our family fished steps from the back door. I want to keep this little piece of Heaven to myself but I know its best to share. Thanks Dana...we will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here for our wedding weekend! Victoria let us host our small welcome party on her property and provided additional seating, tables, and an even a cooler for the party! Every one of our guests raved about the house and the pond behind it! The screened porch was the perfect place for breakfast, and we’d highly recommend this place to anyone.

Loved our stay at the Master’s cottage! The house is in a great location at Lake Oconee and is exactly as described. Everything was very clean and the house had everything you could possibly need to cook a full meal. The beds were comfortable and we loved the huge sectional sofa and huge tv in the living area. The neighborhood was quiet and it was great to walk our dog around on the property. Thank you, Todd, for an excellent stay and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and Andrew was always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to local attractions—including a charming antique shop. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Walking in the creek was the highlight of our trip and brought so much joy to the kids. Highly recommended! If we can, we’d love to visit again next summer.

I highly recommend David's home for a lakefront getaway. David's home is beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood is very peaceful and safe as well. David is a great host and made my family and I feel welcomed. His home was as advertised and did not disappoint. I hope to visit again soon.

We evacuated from Florida for Hurricane Milton and being here made the stress in the moment of the hurricane disappear. William was extremely kind and checked in on us often. He was a wonderful host and my family and I would love to come back!

Shirley’s place was lovely. It was exactly like the listing. It was easy to get to, all instructions were clear, and it was incredibly cozy.

Debbie saved the day for us! We were a last minute trip and she was able to accommodate us immediately. We loved our time there for a wedding and wish we could’ve stayed longer and enjoyed more of the house! Would definitely come back!

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and as described. I was highly satisfied with the location to downtown. My son was staying near campus for an event so going to and from the kids hotel to the Classic Center was super convenient and fast. All appliances worked and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook and clean up. The beds are super comfy and, while I’m not really a stay in and veg kind of person, it was rainy and cold so was grateful for a TV with a gazillion available channels and streaming options. Will definitely stay again if in Athens.

Overall it was a great stay! Beautiful home. Area was very Quiet & peaceful. Didn’t like that we had to take the trash with us and the dumpster was a pretty good ways away.

This was the perfect space for our visit to Athens - nestled off of one of the main streets. It was convenient, minutes away from campus, clean, comfortable, clutter-free and provided all the amenities needed. Would stay again!

Great location & we stayed almost a week. Not alot of grass for dog walking but a dog park nearby. The owner was very responsive & we had a nice stay-thanks!
