Upon entry, you'll first notice our spacious screened-in porch, equipped with remote control string lights that set the perfect stage for a relaxing evening with family and friends. Inside, the house features two separate living areas, one lounge friendly TV/game room and another sitting area off the dining room with a queen sofa sleeper. No matter what size group you're traveling with, everyone will have a comfortable space to gather and unwind. The kitchen has been newly renovated and features all brand new, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is a full-functioning space and includes any cooking tools you may need, as well as a large set of dinnerware (and kids' dinnerware too!). Enjoy your morning coffee at our breakfast nook or spread out for a meal at our large dining room table. Bedroom 1 has a lovely view of the backyard and screened-in porch and has a comfortable queen size bed. Bedroom 2 is light and bright and also has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 is very cozy and has two twin beds and a desk space, perfect for getting ready or getting some work done. Should you need them, bedrooms 1 and 2 have extra comforters in the closets. As previously mentioned, the front living room has a brand new, queen size sofa sleeper with sheets, blankets and pillows in the wicker trunk. We also have a pack-n-play for the kids! Our home has a large backyard, with idyllic views and plenty of space for kids to run around and play. You'll enjoy a retreat-like setting while being only minutes from Nashville's best restaurants, shops and sights! The entire home is yours and there is ample parking in the driveway. We live only a few minutes away, so we're never far if you need anything at all. Just send us a message and we'll be happy to help! The house is in the Green Hills neighborhood, on a quiet non-through street. It's minutes from Vanderbilt University, 12 South, and Lipscomb University, and it's only 5 miles from downtown. The area is perfect for walks any time of day. The best way to get around Nashville is by driving. Our recommendation, if you don't have a car, is using ride-share services like Lyft or Uber. All you have to do is download the app, and within minutes you'll have fast and reliable transportation all around the city! For your safety, one outdoor surveillance camera is installed to monitor the driveway/back door.

French Press… we’ve got you covered, coffee lovers! The outside deck overlooks a beautiful treescape view with lots of privacy. Outside electrical plug available for charging a vehicle as well as availability at Lipscomb University across the street. Interstates close by as well as the world famous Bluebird Cafe. Can walk to: Get your favorite Starbucks drink, the best mall in the Nashville area (The Green Hills Mall). Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, Donut Den (you will thank me later), any type of workout facility you need (Yoga, Cardio, Weights,). Entire upstairs apartment The apartment is a totally separate entrance. We live downstairs and are available if you need to recommendation, directions or anything else to make your stay in Nashville a good one. Stock up at Green Hills Mall, perhaps the best in all Nashville, complete with Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and Kroger. Also close are gyms and heath centers, plus the famous Bluebird Cafe. Downtown and Broadway venues are an easy 4-mile drive. Space to park in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are great options getting around Nashville, if you don't have a car. You will enjoy taking a jog, run or walk on nearby Belmont Blvd. The apartment has a totally separate entrance. Lots of light & windows in this park like setting Apartment. The location is fantastic only 4 miles to downtown and near the 440 inner loop, I -65 and walk to 12th South area! However you are tucked away so you do not feel as if you are in the heart of Nashville but you are! You will have green space and trees around you . but also so close to the action!. What a great location! 12 South is a cool getaway. I love Broadway more than most but it's also nice to get away from the craziness. That is where Scarlett's place comes in. Amazing place for a couple or two couples. Great balcony to take in some nice views and people watch. Great coffee spots across and down the street. Nice convenience store (Twice Daily) right across the street. Pretty dang good BBQ (Edley's) a half a block away. Other nice clothing stores, restaurants (UrbanGrub, bartaco), taprooms, bars within a short walk. The apartment is very nice and clean. Large King bed which I though was very comfortable. Cold Central Air. Nice kitchen with some nice barstools. Small table and couple chairs on the balcony. $7 Uber or Lyft to the Gulch (Duck Blind, Odie's, Party Fowl (best hot chicken), $10-$15 Uber or Lyft to Broadway. A+ spot and great customer service from Scarlett.

We had a great stay and felt completely at home. The apartment is excellent and very clean. It’s located in a quiet area, but you can reach the city center within just a few minutes. We loved this place! Very quiet neighborhood and several restaurants that were in walking distance. Quick Ubers to our favorite attractions! Allen is very responsive and great communication at all times. My husband and I love Nashville and we will definitely return here to stay again! We enjoyed the decor and how we felt apart of the Nashville lifestyle! Thank you so much! Water in the fridge was much appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. A quick walk to Publix and we were set. Another convenience!

Set in the back of the yard, this peaceful little apartment loft was cozy, comfortable and quiet . The location was perfect, with a park nearby and 12 South shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. Lori has taken care to provide all of the amenities anyone could ask for including a French press, which delighted my husband! The bed was extremely comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The stairs were well lit and the loft was decorated with comfortable chairs, a gorgeous plant and fun, whimsical notes. Everything was spotless and the a/c unit was easy to use. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely plan on staying there again!
